Introduction
I'm writing this guide in English, because I saw many non-Italian players who enjoy In Verbis Virtus. Anyway, I'm not English, so if I made any mistake (and I surely did) please correct me in the comments.
I'm still playing the game, so at the moment the walkthrough isn't complete, but it will be soon.

Last thing: good videogames are difficult. Don't read this guide if you haven't been stuck in a room for at least a week, or you won't enjoy the game.
The Desert and the First Floor of the Temple
Your adventure will begin in the middle of a desert. There's nothing difficult here, just go ahead through the rocks and learn how to move, run and jump. You will soon arrive to the temple.

In the first room there are some columns with inscriptions on them: when you are near to them, examine them with E. Once all are examined, the door will open and you will write the first Annotation on your diary (A- Maha'ki Language).
Go down the stairs, and walk in the tunnels. There are several rooms, don't get lost! (My advice is to draw a map while playing, I love drawing maps.)
Now, to get your first Spell, you need to go left at the first fork, and then go right twice: you'll end up in a room where you'll find two inscriptions. On the front there's your Spell (S- Light), on the back a Document (D- Over the Darkness).
Walk out of the room and take the first tunnel to the right. There's a book on a desk, examine it (D- Genesis I).
Walk out of this room, too, and take the first tunnel to the right, again. It's really dark here, and there's a pit in which you can fall, so be careful (Light Spell will come handy). You'll end up in a very large cave, with a path which leads downwards. Use the floating rocks to get to the other side, where you can learn another Spell (S- Beam of Light) and get a Document (D- A Beam of Light). There are other three floating rocks which you can activate with your Beam of Light, but it's useless going that way for now, so turn around and go back to the first fork in the tunnels.

We've already explored all the rooms on the right side, so let's go left. There's just one way, you can't go wrong. You'll find yourself in a big cave, where you'll have to jump on rocks to get to the other side. There are a cave and another path: go into the cave with your Light Spell, and get the Document (D- The Observer), then follow the path in the waterfalls cave and get to the elevator room through a tunnel.

Go down with the elevator: you'll enter in a circular room, with a blue diamond in the middle and several gargoyles with gems on the ceiling. This is a pretty easy riddle: use your Beam of Light in the blue diamond, and move around the room until the ray hits the first gargoyle left to the entry.
Once the door is open, you will find two tunnels: the left one ends with a close door, so go right. After going down some stairs that's the situation: a left door open, with the metal sculpture of an eye, a front door blocked by two big columns and a right door closed, with a strange symbol on it. Have you read the documents you got? If you're stuck here, read them again. You have to look at your feet while walking into the eye room, then look at the sculpture.
You're character will faint and meet Veritas in his dreams (or, at least, that's my interpretation): she will teach you a new Spell (S- Command; A- Encounter with Veritas). Now you're able to unlock the left door (D- Genesis II), but the columns are still blocking your way. Remember the cave where you learnt Beam of Light? Let's get back there.

Activate the three floating rocks that will form a bridge for you, and go ahead. Your way will be blocked by a huge chasm: time to use your new Spell! Look for the Command Symbol, it's above you, and activate it: it will build a bridge for you.
In the next room there are a lot of diamonds, and, obviously, a locked door. First hint: there are three diamonds with a Symbol on their base. You still can't open that door? Move the diamond next to the stairs and the one in the narrow passage, leave the other one in his original position. Then go up the stairs and direct your Beam of Light on the huge red gem: it will be reflect throughout the diamonds and reach the door, which will open. Once you disable the Beam, hurry up, because the door will close again! Jump down, run and move the diamond that blocks your passage.
Proceed in the next tunnel, and learn another Spell (S- Telekinesis; D- Just with the Thought). Go ahead (there's just one way), and get to the circular room. Again, a blue diamond and some gargoyles. Put the diamond on his base with Telekinesis, then use your Beam of Light on it and move around until it reaches the gargoyle above the entry.

You've just opened the door you couldn't open before, so you won't have to jump on rocks like a parkourer (or traceur, if you like)! Return to the columns room, and remove them with Telekinesis, and feel the power flowing through your veins (A- The Power I'm Looking for).
In this last room, you'll find two blocks of rock, a second floor and two closed door. Use one block to get on the second floor (with Telekinesis), and move the second one below the first door, which is open now. Once you're come up, pile the first block on the second, under the open door. Activate the Command symbol, that will open the second door and close the first (which will remain open because of the two blocks): hurry up! The symbol will automatically disable.

Once you've got past the second door, the floor will collapse and you will fall down.

The Second Floor of the Temple
After the fall, you will begin to learn something about the protagonist's background (A- The Key), but I think you can read the diary by yourself, so let's get back to serious stuff.
Go right, and again right and walk through the stairs: you will find another Spell (S- Healing; A- I Must Bring Her Back to Me) that allows you to heal in water.

Now turn back, and go in the corridor opposite to the one with the Healing Spell. You will find a room with a narrow corridor with fireballs shot through it every few seconds. You need to pass the corridor without being killed by the fireballs (each one takes half your HP). The solution in simple, but not too easy to apply: run and take cover behind the hollows, when there aren't hollows use Command to lower the gates.
You will arrive on a kind of bridge: there's a second narrow corridor with fireballs (but without hollows or gates, so that you can't pass it without something to use as a shield) or you can get off it. Go right first, so you can read a Document (D- Something Still Lives in the Temple), and then go left to meet the first NPC.
Take a look at the room: there's a little monster who will run after and attack you (it's not to strong, anyway, and you can stop him for a while with Telekinesis), a door with a strange red force shield, a closed gate, a cage with a Mark of Command. Open the cage and enter it: the NPC will follow you. Step on the Mark so he won't hurt you and activate it. Wait for a few seconds (the cage takes a lot of time to close), use Telekinesis on the monster and exit the cage. If you're lucky, he won't be able to escape. If not, try again. Now the monster will activate the runes on the floor of the cage, and the gate will open. Go through it, and it will close. You will find a statue and a block of rock. Use them to reach the top of the wall that divides you from the other part of the room: there's a Mark of Command on it. Once you've activated it, the wall will lower, and you'll be able to return on the bridge using the statue and the block.
Now you have a proper shield (the block) to pass the second corridor: at the end of it you'll find a new spell (S- Fireball). Return to the NPC room, and use your new power to pass the red-shielded door.

[I've passed the yellow diamonds room, and now I'm trying to solve the following puzzle. Wait and have faith, I'll write the last part of the guide soon.]

I can't get the eye to work. I have the journal entry "The Observer" and I'm walking into the room with the eye looking at the floor and nothing happens.

at the first encounter with the monster (after D-something still lives in the temple) you can also blind him with the light beam spell, since that one is always on, and spells don't interfere with the control rune activtion, I found that to be an easier way of stunning it.

The After The Fall Labyrinth Map

As promised I've finally finished the map of that darn labyrinth where you constantly sustain damage . There are two types of the map:

One with no spoilers:
No Spoilers Map [i.imgur.com]

In which I excluded the "guidance" of where each gate leads you.

And the other with spoilers:
!!!Spoilers!!! Map [i.imgur.com]

You will notice that on the spoiler map there are two gates which has no labels as where they lead. I did this cause I wanted to leave at least a little bit of fun for you, even if you decide to use the spoiler map.

I hope it helps :)

Redmoron: you need the stasis formula for your telekinesis to solve the lava room. I'm currently making a map of the labyrinth where you get damaged

priviliger: keep shooting beam of light at the white target: you will notice it charges up, then shoots the green beam towards the gate. you gotta wait till that charges up too, so keep shooting it for like 20secs

daiosharune: use telekinesis and fireball. Do it right and they can't even touch you :)
