The Black Reaper has descended into the apocalyptic scene where infected roam the earth!

Known as Hei or as BK-201 he'll make the infected their lives a living hell, if it wasn't bad enough already!

After a long time of struggle he finally teamed up with a bunch of people as he now became a stand in for Nick the gambler after his tragic death. But only time will tell when he will be Left 4 Dead!
