STEPS

• (1) Go to http://www.doomlauncher.com and get the last version of my app
  
• (2) Once downloaded execute the Hakros Doom Launcher.exe file
  
• (3) Link your iWAD files from Steam.
  
• (4) Thats all.....enjoy :-D !

INTRODUCTION

Hi everyone

I have created this application for Windows to manage all the classic DOOM games, as well HERETIC and HEXEN and to be able to launch the games using mods, addons and community maps in a comfortable and simple way.

This new version includes its own content explorer that allows you to download new contents easily and free from the official website with a complete selection of the best mods and addons from the DOOM community, and of course you can add your own content downloaded from internet.

FAQ

Q: What happens if I want to play with one mod or addon, or map and I don't have the iWAD to play ?
A: Don't worry you still can use the alternative iWAD files (also included with the app) (FreeDoom1 you can play the content designed to ULTIMATE DOOM, while with FreeDoom2 you can play the content designed to DOOM2, and finally with Blasphemer you can play the content designed to HERETIC

Q: Do I need to download an external engine as GZDOOM?
A: It is not necessary my application already includes some engines so that you can play all the contents directly without additional configurations.

Q: Can i use another engine like crispy doom or chocolate doom?
A: Yes, my app it's also compatible with these engines but in this case you must get them for your own. You only need to access to engines folder and create a folder for the desired engine and copy all the downloaded content inside. The engines testes and compatible are (gzdoom, lzdoom, zdoom, chocolate-doom, crispy-doom and eternity)

 Note: Although keep in mind that while all the contents are compatible with gzdoom it is possible that with the rest of the engines they are not.
