Locations for all collectibles (pictures)

Introduction

Hi folks,

below you will find the locations of the collectibles in the game. There are always 3 collectibles on each map (instead of chapter 11).
Because there is only a minimap in the game I will explain in a few words where the collectibles are located. But I think you can figure out the locations easily for yourself with a bit of searching, luck and of course my screenshots.
If you press "h" ingame you can highlight all objects so it is much easier to locate the collectibles.

Maybe there are some spoilers regarding the game. I will hide them behind black boxes.
I tried to hide spoilers as well as possible but I can not guarantee that I have boxed out every spoiler there is in my texts. If you don't want to be spoiled, you can look only at the screenshots or collect them all in your second playthrough :)

******ANNOTATION******
2025-01-25:
Seems like some game updates did affect the "History" part of the collectibles. As far as I found out the collectibles mentioned here are not affected by that. Seems like you get the "History" collectibles automatically while playing the missions (For some players, History item #22 and #27 are missing). In the discussion section of the game is posted that replaying the missions MAYBE should help but I haven`t tested it (seems this problem occured already at some point in the game`s history):

Chapter I - Cowardice

1-1:

• The first collectible can be found after the game intro sequence (running). It is on a table near the costumes you have to collect to proceed in the mission

1-2:

• The second collectible can be found near the first one. It is located in a house ruin where 2 guards are sitting and watching the entrance.

1-3:

• The third collectible can be found in a house ruin quite next to the one of collectible number 2. There is also a well with a soldier in front of it nearby.

Chapter II - The Breaking Point

2-1:

• The first collectible can be found on a house near some soldiers eating at tables. It is across the big road on the map.

2-2:

• The second collectible can be found near the uniform costume you can collect. It is on a poster wall near the river.

2-3:

• The third collectible is also hanging on a wall on a hill near the train tracks (you will get there at the end of the mission.

Chapter III - The Motivation

3-1:

• The first collectible can be found on a wooden box in a courtyard where some tanks are parked.You can get there via some vines from the inside of the base. It is right above your starting point on the map.

3-2:

• The second collectible can be found inside the base in a small building with one guard looking at some plans. You have to go there to finish your objectives so you will easily find it.

3-3:

• The third collectible also can be found in the small building where the second collectible is located.

Chapter IV - Heroism

4-1:

• The first collectible can be found while you go to your first objective. It is glued on a small house at the main road with one guard in front of it. You can easily get it with the character Rubble right at the beginning.

4-2:

• The second collectible can be found near the first one. It is also hanging on a house wall right across the big street of the small house from the first collectible (you have to walk around the houses to reach it)

4-3:

• The third collectible can be found after the first playing sequence (when you have to get the bomb and/or the mines). It is located behind the big building near the location of the mines on a table (I made the screenshot after picking the collectible up)

Chapter V - Consequences

5-1:

• The first collectible can be found right after finishing your first (small) objective. It lies on a table in some office of the prison building where a dead body lies. You will have to go there to proceed your main objectives When you clean the rooms with Greta you'll reach the office

5-2:

• The second collectible can be found along the big road next to the starting prison building. Scroll towards the gate with 2 towers next to them. There should be a small garden with a small building and a crane on the roof of it. It lies next to a burning barrel with two soldiers talking.

5-3:

• The third collectible can be found in the second prison building. After the first sequence you can see through the walls and collect it. You will get there when you clear the main objectives It is the building where you have to rescue Manfred

Chapter VI - Opportunities

6-1:

• The first collectible can be found at a small road block with a minigun next to it. It is next to the cemetery and also next to a small restaurant with tables. There is also a group of soldiers patrolling back and forth the road.

6-2:

• The second collectible can be found after the first sequence (cemetery). It is located on a house wall next to the main square and also next to a road block.

6-3:

• The third collectible also can be found during the second sequence. It is next to your starting point (truck) on a wall of a house which you can reach through a backyard. You have to crouch and go under a wooden fence in order to reach the backyard (yellow rectangle).

Chapter VII - The Horror

7-1:

• The first collectible can be found inside a building on a corner of the courtyard. There are some prisoners in front of it that you have to ask for another inmate.

7-2:

• The second collectible can be found inside a building next to the courtyard. There are some prisoners coming by train and walking through the building to the other exit.

7-3:

• The third collectible can be found in the officer building also next to the courtyard.You will have to get there to complete the main objectives.

Chapter VIII - The Difference

8-1:

• The first collectible can be found behind the big house with the dress (objective). It is on a wooden box next to a small vineyard and four soldiers talking to each other. It is also located at a "scrolling corner" of the map.

8-2:

• The second collectible can be found on the wall of a small watermill. It is located next to the big garden where the woman is painting (main objective).

8-3:

• The third collectible can be found on a advertising pillar near a small building next to the market.There are also two civilians sitting on a bench in front of the building.

Chapter IX - Vengeance

9-1:

• The first collectible can be found on the opposite side of the map from your starting location. Also you will get to this location clearing one of your objectives. There is an officer nearby who has a key and two soldiers sitting at the table on which the collectible can be found.

9-2:

• The second collectible can be found inside the mansion on the first floor. It lies on a table with two officers in the room.The room is located on a corner of the mansion on the side of the scaffolding with the crane on the outside.

9-3:

• The third collectible can be found on a small house in a corner outside of the main map. It is located near the collectable sausage for Joachim.

Chapter X - Broken Hopes

10-1:

• The first collectible can be found in a destroyed building near the first objective description letters on the map. It is on a table near a medkit and an officer and a soldier are sitting at that table

10-2:

• The second collectible can be found on a wall in a corner of the map. There are many soldiers and two medkits and wine bottles nearby. Also, as in the first one, the first objective description letters can be seen from this location.

10-3:

• The third collectible can be found after the first sequence inside the second base. It is located in the south where there is the machinegun nest (objective). Also there are many enemies and some bodies (blue lining) from outside the first base can also be seen from this location.

Chapter XI - Sorrow

11-1:

• The first collectible can be found on an advertising pillar on the right side of your starting location. The yellow box indicates a corner of the main square.

11-2:

• The second collectible can be found after the first sequence. It is in the big house ruin and you have to get there in order to clear your objectives.

11-3:

• The third collectible can be found after the first sequence. It is in a house ruin near the main square. You will get near it if you follow the objectives (right after the first tank rushes into the main square)

11-4:

• The fourth collectible can be found after the second sequence. It is located on the first floor of a house ruin right next to the main square. You will get there if the second sequence starts and you have to go through the sewers (again)..

Chapter XII - Atonement

12-1:

• The first collectible can be found outside the map near two holes with bodies and a building with a green(ish) roof. You will come to this location/house if you clear the objectives.

12-2:

• The second collectible can be found in a small yard outside of a building next to the train area. You reach the collectible through the window next to it from the inside of the building. You can go inside of the building after the third sequence. Inside this building you also can find the key for the door of the next collectible (officer in bureau has it)

12-3:

• The third collectible can be found in the prison area where you have to rescue Rubble. It rests in a cell (I hope it will not be there the rest of its life). You will get to this prison when you follow the objectives.

if you have problems finding the key to the cell(s) for 12-3:


the key is on Joachim. He will drop the key if you decide to kill him. When you enter the building there will be a small cutscene and after that you can decide what you want to do ;)
Location of the building is southeast of the Prison building where Rubble is/was located (if you rotate the map so that the prison building is in the north). It is next to the patrolling 3-men group.

I don't know if this is relevant, but I was missing History 22.
When I replayed mission 7, (KL Kulmhof) I had some different conversations when I left Lead and Joachim together (the conversation centered around the Soviet occupation and why break out of the camp? Why not wait for the Soviets to liberate the camp?)
Afterwards, I found I had History 22. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work?

@GoofyGamer.avi, @david_pu: I did some research because I haven´t played the game in a while now. Seems like some other people in the discussion struggle with having removed items in their "History" collection (I reinstalled the game and for me it also is removed). Nevertheless, as far as I found out, the collectibles that are shown here in this guide should not affect the "History" part of the collectibles section. These collectibles mentioned here are found in the other 3 parts of the collectibles section of the game. Some people say that replaying the missions MAYBE should help but I haven`t tested it. But thank you two for mentioning it here, I will write down an annotation in this guide :)

I have got the Treasure Hunter Achievement and got all 37 collectibles,but can't find article 22 and article 27 in "History".
