3) You can take damage from invisible Escribar (bug), use Thorned Symbol.

In invulnerable you can freely do attacks to boss and no waste your time, but mana is not infinite, these items can help:

just to clarify:
for Laudes, it does NOT switch jsut between these 2 phases back and forth. In fact, Laudes uses each girl's phase once.

so you gtta adjust depending on which girl laudes imitates, you basically have 4 different phases.

On a side note, which I'd like to write in a separate comment, I managed to get worse times in two cases and still get S+ rank. You might consider updating the guide. I took screenshots of them, of course. So if you'd like a proof, then just let me know.

Great guide. It made getting S+ rank in all categories way easier. New skin looks nice, however, I like "Eternal Rest" one more, haha. You are truly a scholar of Blasphemous game mechanics. ;)

Also a thing I noticed: the explosion from Laudes when she recovers her shield isn't blocked by anything suggested here yet. I don't know what damage type it does, but it also doesn't really matter because you can't hit her while she's recovering her shield anyway, so you might as well just slide out of the way. Not an issue for the other Amanecidas, because with berserk mode you can easily deal enough damage to stop the explosion from happening.

All in all, very good guide; really makes getting S+ a breeze.

You don't need the Tiento to your Thorned Hairs. Just make sure you max out your damage (any defensive bead you don't need can be replaced with stuff like Token of Appreciation, Reliquary of the Fervent Heart, Drop of Coagulated Ink or even Crown of Gnawed Iron) and do some minimal dodging/parrying of attacks that can send you flying. Whenever convenient, equip the Drop of Coagulated Ink and use the Debla of the Lights (especially vs. Our Lady, Melquiades, Exposito, Last Son and for breaking the Amanecidas' crystals) or the Cante Jondo (vs. Tres Angustias), be sure to throw your blood at enemies when they're out of reach (or they're attacking so aggressively you can't get a full 4-hit combo in; blood does a lot of damage), and you'll have several minutes to spare at the end to get an S+ score. I beat Last Sorrow of the Unfathomable Wills in under 30 minutes at True Torment (more than 11 minutes to spare! You need to take a LOT of extra hits to waste 11 minutes) taking almost 200 hits.
