Report a translation problem
1)To do this, go to your computer.
2)There is a button in the top right. It's a black square with "c:/" i.e command prompt. click it.
3) type in "devMode.on" and press enter.
4) open your menu, hold down "shift" and "F1" while you click on the "show repair order". This should allow you to click on "repaired" with out actually repairing anything.

Hopefully that helps.
Summary of things to do (check if worked after each step):
· Do shocks and springs.
· Make sure new wheel is at the front right (some suggested this).
Then there is 2 branches:
What worked for me (unknown reasons, I've replaced more parts, but check appeared after this):
· Do the drivetrain.
· Try the other branch.
If the bug is not a bug but an intended mechanic about interchangeable parts:
· Do brakes.
· Do the other Ingition module and the spark plugs.
· Try different combinations of the other 3 wheels or replace them if you have arround $7500
· Try the other branch.
If yet doesn't work then its a bug:
· Do timming.
· Repair all the repairable parts.
· Good luck, keep trying new parts until you get it.
these all are not bugs, its game mechanics. the detail you replace should be, basically, of the same quality percentage, or above. this relates to details of orange or yellow quality. reds are considered broken and should be repaired/replaced in any way, green details have no quality percentage check and can be swapped safely.
