Stutter Fix "updated"(Halo Infinite Campaign)

a fix for the annoying micro stutter once outside.
with the High-Res textures installed,improve Fps,stability.

The fix

CORRECTION: do not use Async compute (periodically crashes game)
also only works at 120 fps looking into lower end card settings.

Highly recommend you use the Quality preset (low,med,high,ultra)
to achieve Fps target(120) then apply the fixes/tweaks below.

1.First turn off Gsync as it causes this to not work (at least for me)
2.lock minimum frame rate to 120

do the same to maximum frame rate 120 (same as minimum)
3.turn terrain quality to low/med/high/ultra if needed (this only effects far off terrain)
4.turn off blur,screen shake,exposure,speed lines and full screen effects
you can play around with these none of them impressed me
so i shut them off.i have vsync on in game only

lower 1 or more of these settings below if stutter continues
geometry quality,depth of field,shadow quality,
and anti-aliasing. leave your resolution scale at 100% no higher
(start with anti-aliasing and geometry)

Multi Player crashing (possible fix)

Saw in the forums if your crashing
turn EXPOSURE and FULL SCREEN EFFECTS
Down to 10% and your crashing should stop havent tested
just thought i'd throw that in,in case your here for that.
no guarantee i dont play multi.. hope it helps.
