I have found that it's relatively easy to get 1 mil drift score on the beach track. Find a car that works for you, but I would say the 1969 charger works best because you can get into a slide very easy and that's what you'll need in order to keep you streak going if you crash. I think by the time you reach the first hairpin turn (which you'll have to follow the sand or otherwise you don't hit the checkpoint) you should have at least 90,000 - 120,000 points and 9x multiplier in order to achieve the 1 mil by the end of the two laps that you're given. You will need to drift left and right for the entire two laps, if you give yourself like 30 mins to an hour of practice, you'll probably get the achievement.
