got this mod works great was to lazy to go get all the amulets to make this so i made a a txt file to run as a bat in game. just save this as a txt file in skyrim directory and type in console bat "what ever u named file"

this will give u all amulets need to craft not sure if this bugs quest for gauldur amulet but use at your own risk worked great for me
or:and to everyone having trouble finding the amulets, try local shops. like the clothing store in solitude. maybe that will help if you haven't already looked.
