The Whiterun Manor

Description
A large house located right outside of Whiterun, this Manor is a home suitable for any dragon slaying adventurer. The Whiterun Manor comes equipped with a full and compact workshop as well as enchanting and alchemy work stations to craft and enhance the finest of armaments. With plentiful amounts of storage, bookshelves, mannequins, and even custom displays for Dragon Claws, Dragon Priest Masks, and Daedric Artifacts, this home is an ideal choice for a collector. And as icing on the sweet roll, the Dragonborn will have access to a spectral merchant, who has set up shop inside to offer you the best deals in all of Skyrim!

This mod is an upgrade to my first mod, The Whiterun Cottage: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1720655459&searchtext=whiterun+cottage
As the two houses are built in the same place, they are not compatable. So in the case you wanted two houses for some reason, my apologies.

The house is available immediately and does not have any prerequisites.

Things to note:
- In the Dragon Claw Display, the golden claw display does not require you have the claw in your inventory, nor will it remove the claw if you do. This is because the golden claw item has different types outside of it's quest that I couldn't account for. Therefor the requirement to display the golden claw is that you complete the golden claw quest and return it to Lucas or Camilla at the Riverwood Trader. You can still steal it back, though it'd be unnecessary for the display.
- There is no spot for the Rueful Axe in the Daedric Artifact display, this is because I couldn't fit it in symetrically. To easily fix this problem, choose the Masque of Clavicus Vile.
- The Black Star can be displayed in the place of Azura's Star in the Daedric Artifact display.
- NPCs cannot walk up the stairs. This was intentional.
- Mannequins in Skyrim are buggy. Nothin I can do about that. Try leaving the house and re-entering.

I recommend use with the Unlimited Bookshelves mod by Da5id2701: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=13661&searchtext=unlimited+bookshelves

As well as the My Home Is Your Home mod by Volek:

If there are any bugs or problems that I missed, please notify me and I'll do my best to resolve them. Thank you :)

To John Wick, I tried to make it so that players could send their spouse and children to the house, but I found that I lack the modding skills necessary to do so. However, I shan't leave you empty handed! There is a mod both here in the steam workshop and on Nexus called "Custom Family Home" by WitchRiser (Goes by VitchRazor on Nexus) that allows you to move your family to custom mod houses. Check it out and let me know if it works out :)

any way you could make it so we can move our family here like you can with the non mod houses

Hey RbbrBootz! Thank you for the feedback. I had placed storage containers next to the alchemy and enchanting stations in the form of lock boxes and burial urns. Is your request because you need more storage for organization? I'll see what I can do :)

Hey! I LOVE the house. It's easy to navigate to all the needed tools. I just have one small request/suggestion. Put a couple of chests in the alchemy/enchanting room. There's an open space on the other side of the door, on the inside.
It's not that I'm lazy, it would fit better thematically.
Thanks a bunch!

Understandable... have a great day.

I put mannequins in because I like to display the various armors I collect, and to provide that option and freedom to others. They are buggy, yes, but I've never personally lost any items from a mannequin disappearing, nor experienced any game breaking bugs with mannequins. So I deem their issues "tolerable". I'm sorry about any issues you've had with the mannequins, but I will choose to keep them in the house as they provide an element of armor display that I cannot replace, as well as the fact that removing them would likely piss off those that do use them (and consequently might lose anything they've stored in the mannequins). As a potential solution, I hear there are mods out there that fix some bugs with the mannequins, though sadly I don't have any recommendations. Thank you for the comment :)

Ive got 1 issue and 1 question. Why put in mannequins knowing that they are buggy as hell and fucks up how the house is either by being in random spots or by dissapearing with shit you put on them? or so ive heard. Other than that the place looks nice, its not tiny or needlessly huge. Could you remove the mannequins? they cant server their purpose.
