The Guide
I decided that this video can also act as a guide, given the nature of these fights, especially when you try to beat every boss hitless, only to ask yourself when facing certain patterns "How??" or "What could I possibly do there?"

Now, following this guide doesn't mean you won't need to work for it and stay sharp.
It will show you however how to optimally handle most situations in every boss fight.

So without further ado:

00:00 - The Devourer
02:16 - The Queen's Guardian
05:10 - The Phoenix
08:44 - Wormorok
11:39 - Garibaldi
13:20 - Goblin Arena
16:34 - Battle Bot T-900
18:42 - Mastermind
20:47 - Dark Shadow Prince
25:22 - Chaos
29:19 - High Aurora
32:38 - The Beholder
35:18 - Slime Queen
37:06 - The Emperor
40:27 - Queen of Light

Important to note that at endgame fights I was using the following build:
Gems:
Top 3:
1. Heat Sensor (homing arrows)
2. Tricephalus (Triple arrows)
3. Heavy Alloy (+15% Crit chance)

Bottom 3:
1. RED Conofragment (50% arrows reload cooldown)
2. Infinity Edge (Spear always crits)
3. Last one is situational so pick whatever you want.

Unfortunately I don't remember where I got any of these gems besides the red one, so I'll update the guide about their locations if I do recall.
You can however find the red gem after taking out the mastermind boss, and then starting the questline at the cradle of light here: https://i.imgur.com/VhDFILt.png

That's about it.
If you have any specific questions then let me know!

Good luck!

How do you perform the dash teleport, like in the Devourer fight, to dodge the rotating eyes? Thanks in advance for your replies.

Check the publish date of this guide and the video - there were no different modes when the game was released. This mode - the original one, was kept as "hard" mode.

Yes, it is RNG, and that specific attack requires good reflexes, or getting lucky.

Important to note that the game went through multiple patches after this guide. I can't speak for any changes in dps and other stats. (or the means to obtain them)

are you playing this on easy mode because im on awakened R2BITU and when he does his electric wire attack where all the lines go across the screen in random directions, there are a lot more than it shows on your fight. They are all over the screen and damn near impossible to dodge. you basically have to get good RNG or use your shield to not get hit and sometimes the shield isn't enough. there is no way to predict where they will go. On your R2BITU fight there are HUGE gaps for that attack. Not saying anything bad if you are on the easier mode I'm just irritated that I'm not getting the same attack on mine and I could swear I selected the easier difficulty. also i noticed your normal attacks are getting over 100 damage whereas mine are only getting 42 to 50ish on critical hits so you have obviously grinded and gotten some upgrades that i dont have yet.

Thanks for the guide. So helpful!
Is there anyway to reset the skill tree mid-game? I'm not very happy with my beginner choices and want to fix that without restarting anew. Thanks in advance to anyone who has the answer.

It took me just about 50h to 100% the game on Steam without guides.
So the base game would've taken less than 10 on first playthrough.

The person you spoke to probably took 70h to do other achievements on either Steam or PS, which is pretty reasonable.

This is a hard game, but the devs also added another mode called "Aeterna" for anyone that struggles with platforming.
Perhaps consider playing on a mode more suitable for your level of expertise with these kind of games?

The game mechanics seem broke. Having to do some of the tight platforming in this title with broke mechanics is SUPER F'IN frustrating. Some tool on YouTube was trying to tell me it's not the mechanics but the player... Listen here son, if it took you SEVENTY PLUS hours to "get good", the mechanics are broke AF and you prove my point. Most people will not play a game that takes 70hrs to get good. And I must say, it was a GREAT turn off to find I was MAXed out on the skill tree at 30,when it goes up to 65+. I get that it can be reset. But still, that was a great disappointment to me, too think, ask this time I'm grinding, getting good, and MAXed out not even half way through the game. The arrow controls seem broke. Many times I'll be pointing the arrow upwards and it shoots in the ground in front of me. There seems to be a LOT about this game that NEEDS fixing. (I've sent SO MANY crash reports).

Re: the Red Conofragment, after you beat the Mastermind boss you'll receive a key you need to "power" up. Go to the boss arena of the Cradle of Light and it will reactivate. Defeat it, and then go to the area in the image posted above. Then, you have to go back to the underwater fortress and go to the terminal that is keeping the door shut where the Conofragment is located (level B, to the mid-upper left). The machine will tell you that your key card codes need to be updated. Go to the Mastermind arena and defeat that boss again. THEN, you go back to the terminal and you'll finally be able to get the item.
