Queste locomotive, cui primo prototipo deriva direttamente dalle Henschel DHG 700 C, sono moderni rotabili da manovra prodotti dalla ABL alla fine degli anni 80.
Il sistema di trasmissione è ♥♥♥ convertitore di coppia idrodinamico, il cui senso di marcia può essere invertito mentre il veicolo è in movimento (realizzando una frenatura idrodinamica); il rodiggio è di tipo C.
Sono state prodotte, in totale, 30 locomotive. Risultano attualmente in servizio, concentrate esclusivamente nel nord Italia.

ENGLISH

These locomotives, whose first prototype derives directly from the Henschel DHG 700 C, are modern shunting vehicles produced by ABL in the late 1980s.
The transmission system is equipped with a hydrodynamic torque converter, the direction of which can be reversed while the vehicle is in motion (creating hydrodynamic braking); the running gear is C.
A total of 30 locomotives were produced. They are currently in service, concentrated exclusively in northern Italy.
