Overview
Wanted to make a Steam formatted guide that would be easier to reference for anyone that might need it.

The original guide was posted on IGN. In addition to the formatting changes, some spelling mistakes and minor grammatical issues were also corrected.
Leon & Helena's Campaign
Leon Kennedy

Weapon
Clip
Ammo
Notes
Wingshooter
18
Handgun
Default. Leon's starting weapon can be fired with the addition of a second Wingshooter (switch fire modes while aiming). The clip for the second Wingshooter (also holding 18 rounds) may only be reloaded when the second gun is deployed in action.
Survival Knife
n/a
Melee
Default. Leon's survival knife. Useful for combating the likes of Jack Krauser, or just insuring the death of most C-Virus infected peons. Finishers with the knife are far more potent compared to a regular curb stomp.

Helena Harper

Weapon

Ammo
Notes
Picador
16
Handgun
Default. Helena's sidearm is a reliable firearm, capable of firing as fast as you can pull the trigger.
Hydra
3
Shotgun
Default. Helena's three barreled shotgun fires 10 gauge shells. Unlike the Shotgun, the Hydra can quickly empty all three barrels by pulling the trigger quickly.

Chapter 1
Found past the locked door in the house with the blaring television. It's right before Leon and Helena encounter the throaty, screaming zombie.
Semi Auto Sniper

Rifle
Chapter 2
Found at the cathedral, where you find the Madonna of Grief (the second silver statue). You need this weapon's precision to shoot the smaller bells to ring them.
Assault Rifle RN
30
Assault Rifle
Chapter 3
One of the caskets near the start of the level has this weapon buried with a corpse. Lift all the lids and you will find it (IGN found it in the 3rd casket, but like the Leon/Helena emblem in chapter 2, you may find this weapon in different spots).
Lightning Hawk
7
Magnum
Chapter 4
In the cockpit of the plane right at the start of the chapter. Be sure to get it before leaving to pursue the enemy.
Chris & Piers' Campaign
Chris Redfield

Weapon

Ammo
Notes
Nine-Oh-Nine
15
Handgun
Default. The 909 is a standard sidearm in the Resident Evil universe by 2013. It fires as quickly as you can pull the trigger, and is capable of more accurate shooting when fired with care.
Assault Rifle
30
Assault Rifle
Default. Weapon made for "Special Tactics" units (SpecWar Operators); loosely based off the H&K G-36. While Chris' weapon looks like Pier's MP-AF, the cartridges are far more powerful and do more damage and fires in full auto only.
Combat Knife
n/a
Melee
Default. Chris' combat knife. Useful for insuring the death of most C-Virus infected peons. Finishers with the knife are far more potent compared to a regular curb stomp.

Piers Nivans

Weapon
Clip
Ammo
Notes
MP-AF
30
Handgun
Default. Piers' PDW fires handgun rounds from a modified handgun with an enlarged magazine. In many ways, the weapon is like an assault rifle, but lacks the hard-hitting punch. It can fire in single-shot or full automatic mode.
Anti-Material Rifle
10
Rifle
Default. Piers' "sniper rifle" is capable of penetrating all enemies (but not environmental wall-objects, no matter how flimsy they may appear). The secondary function is a nightscope that makes enemies stand out against the dark backdrop.
Combat Knife
n/a
Melee
Default. Chris' combat knife. Useful for insuring the death of most C-Virus infected peons. Finishers with the knife are far more potent compared to a regular curb stomp.

Chapter 2
This weapon is found in the small armory / storage room after destroying the giant B.O.W. Go back up the bridge you jumped off earlier to avoid the B.O.W. and you'll find this handy weapon.
Grenade Launcher
6
Grenade Rounds
Chapter 3
Shortly after the encounter with Sherry and Jake in China, you will find this weapon straight ahead of the gate you pass through to battle the chopper a second time (this time on the rooftop). You need it to destroy the chopper, so not using it isn't an option.
Semi Auto Sniper
5
Rifle
Chapter 4
At the start of the facility - check the store room to the "left" of where you start. Failing that, you can always turn on your HUD for the weapon marker. This weapon uses different ammo from Piers' weapon, but is categorized as "Rifle rounds" for skill purposes.
Jake & Sherry's Campaign
Jake Muller

Weapon
Clip
Ammo
Notes
Hand-to-Hand
n/a
Melee
Default. Jake's CQC techniques are similar to the knives carried by Chris and Leon, but require charge-up to do heavy damage.
Nine-Oh-Nine
15
Handgun
Default. The 909 is a standard sidearm in the Resident Evil universe by 2013. It fires as quickly as you can pull the trigger, and is capable of more accurate shooting when fired with care.

Sherry Birkin

Weapon
Clip
Ammo
Notes
Stun Rod
n/a
Melee
Default. Sherry's stun rod is like the knife, but can do multiple hits on the second strike (similar to the knife in Resident Evil Code Veronica). Like Jake, Sherry can "charge-up" a melee attack to do more damage per hit.
Triple Shot
20
Handgun
Default. A handgun capable of firing three-round bursts or single-shots. Single shots are more efficient. The large magazine (20 rounds) is especially handy, allowing Sherry to carry a few rounds more in the gun, rather in an inventory slot.

Chapter 1
In the large room where you fight the Ustanak the first time (the one with all the red explosive barrels), there is a storage room on the second floor with this weapon. You can easily get it before activating the fight (by team-using the exit).
Sniper Rifle

Chapter 2
After starting the level, you drop down two levels to start your search for the missing data drives. The weapon is near the bench with the tarp, after those two drops.
Bear Commander
30/1
Assault R./Grenades
Chapter 3
In the large room with the rotating Buddha statue, locate 16 medallions (grab at least 8 from enemies before picking up the preset medals) and inserting them into the slot to raise the northern gate. Note that this weapon can fire both Assault Rifle ammo and 40mm Grenade Rounds.
Shotgun

Shotgun
Chapter 4
After passing through the small courtyard, you use a team-door to upstairs to a balcony. Before you initiate the steps to get down to the street from the balcony, there is a shotgun nearby waiting to be taken.
Ada's Campaign
Ada Wong

Weapon
Clip
Ammo
Notes
Ammo Box
50
Handgun
Default. Ada's ditched her old Calico for a more practical MAC M11 that fires standard handgun cartridges. Its large extended magazine helps "store" ammunition, freeing more space for reserve ammunition but at the cost of accuracy.
Crossbow
1
Arrows
Default. Ada's crossbow fires a variety of arrows but only holds one quarrel or bolt at a time. Secondary fire will toggle the arrow type (normal or pipe bomb).

Chapter 1
This weapon is found on the workbench right after dropping down the first hole.

Chapter 2
In the room locked by the Amber Key; the room prompts you to "solve the puzzle" and leaves a weapon next to the gallows' switch. Chapter 3-5. If you don't have the sniper rifle (new game+ strikes again) when you do this part of Chapter 3, it will be sitting right beside the spot that you first use your grappling hook - basically the start.
Bear Commander
30/1
Assault R./Grenades
Chapter 4
After picking up the first of three passcodes (and starting the Rasklapanje pursuit), Ada may enter two officer suites; one of them (marked on your HUD with the weapon marker) has this weapon. It is the suite with the naval officer corpse on the table by the weapon.
