41 Park Row

41 Park Row (aka Former New York Times Building, aka 39-43 Park Row and 147-151 Nassau Street, aka Pace University Campus) is a 16-story Romanesque Revival building located in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City, NY.

It was completed in 1889 and served as the home of the NY Times until 1904.
When the Times moved to Times Square, it was converted for comercial use and two additional stories were added.
Pace University acquired the building in 1951 and also made some changes.
This is one of the last survivors of Newspaper Row, most of them were demolished in mid 20th century.

As you can see this building has many different sized arches, columns and intricate decorative elements.

This time I was unstoppable with detailing, so yes, this is not the most efficient asset in the world, but nothing extreme, every triangle is here for reason.

The real building has a very irregular trapezoidal footprint, so I had to make it a little more straight.
It has facades facing out in three directions and one of them is angled, so this building might be useful for filling difficult spots.
Also some small details were simplified (to fit the limitations of the game, not because I'm lazy). I also added a color map, and you can repaint it.
