At 300 threat level you start with all negative modifiers. So you start with 50% less food, gas, ammo find, increased grab chance, increased infected damage, faster infection rate, start with 3 bars of infection, increased trap damage and some others.

To get to tier 5 you need about 140-150 threat level activated. This threat level 300 run was just because I reached the end of the tiers and wanted to see what I could do.

can you tell me what perk do you pick or at 300 you pick all of them?
