Godzilla Roar Horde alert

Much like the wolf howl sound replacement, this replaces the sound of the horde's screeching distant cries with an all too familair roar of your friendly neighborhood force of nature Godzilla.

-This is from 2014 version mind you, as per request.

-This only changes alerts made by car alarms/triggered events and hordes spawned during the final.

NOTE- Making this mod any louder can and will distort and warp Godzilla's roar. It does not work if it's louder. I have tried multiple times!
