A guide to finding and activating all 31 terminals in The Floor is Jelly and getting the "Every Nook and Cranny" achievement. This guide is very image heavy, and may also contain spoilers.

Introduction

This guide shows you how to find all 31 houses in The Floor is Jelly, or rather, the computer terminals that each one contains. In each stage, there's one or more secret rooms containing a terminal each. For most part, the secret rooms themselves are very simple and straightforward to navigate, so this guide will only show you how to find the hidden entrances to these rooms.

It should be noted that you must use the terminal at least once for it to count, by jumping onto the house and then pressing the DOWN key to use the terminal. You can't simply enter the secret room and then back out again. Note that entering the menu screen of each terminal is enough; you don't need to select any option for it to register.


Activating all 31 terminals will unlock the mysterious 'SET' option on each terminal and give you the "Every Nook and Cranny" achievement. What does it do? All I can say is, my favourite values to put in are .98, .035 and .85 personally. :)
Opening Stage - 1 terminal
1/31:

At one point towards the end of the stage, you must jump on a thin piece of ground so that it dips downwards and lets you into the window directly beneath. After entering the next room, immediately jump back through the window you came from and you should land on a hidden platform in the previous room, with the window leading to the secret room down below. Head in and activate the terminal.
Swamp #1 - 3 terminals
2/31:
In the second room of the level, with a spiked wall running down the middle, there is a platform located deep below the water with the secret window underneath. You'll need to bounce on the bottom tips of one of the two main platforms from underwater to be able to gain momentum to reach the top sides of the platforms above, and then bounce high enough so that dropping back underwater should give you enough momentum to reach the platform with the secret window beneath.

3/31:

The very next room consists of single platform shaped like a T. You'll need to bounce on the bottom tip underwater to gain enough momentum to fly up to the top of the platform, and then bounce high enough to reach the secret window above.

4/31:
The last room of the level is a massive room consisting of long, snake like formations of platforms. The secret window is located above the structure holding the exit elevator. Bounce on the lowest part of the structures underwater towards the right to get enough momentum to get onto the outside of the structure that holds the elevator.
Midnight - 6 terminals
Note: This is a "find all the keys" level, and as a result of its non-linearity, it's more difficult to point out the locations of the secret windows.

5/31:
From the first room, go into the window to the right. Here, you must climb the wall until you can just fit in the gap between the top of the wall and the spikes right above. From here, you have to climb up the upper wall from the outside, which means you have jump out to the right while very narrowly avoiding the spikes. This may take a few tries. Once you've climbed to the top, head through the secret window above.

6/31:

After going through the first portal, you'll come to a hub like room with two more windows and a second portal. There is a hidden wall off the left hand side of the screen, so climb it until you see a secret window at the very top of the room.

7/31:

In the left window from the above room, you'll come to another large and tall room. Walk off of the right edge of the screen and slide down the wall, and you'll come to a secret window tucked away at the bottom corner.

8/31:

At the "bottom" of the level is a single screen room with three windows. You'll need to bounce off the ground off of the edge of either side of the screen and then land ontop of the ceiling offscreen. Walk around ontop of the ceiling and you should enter a secret window.

9/31:

From the bottom middle window in three windows room, is a vertical room where you must scale either side of the inside of a structure while avoiding the wall of spikes in the middle. You need to wall jump off of either side of the middle platform and onto the outside of the structure. It's easier if you let go of the either the left or right arrow keys while sliding down before jumping. This may take several tries.

10/31:

In the vertical room in the right window of the hub like room, you'll need to fit through another gap inbetween the top of a wall and below some spikes. The same thing from terminal 5/31 pretty much applies here. It's easier to retry if you enter from the bottom window.
Morning - 5 terminals
11/31:
In the third room that can be rotated, with two structures and a spiked wall, rotate the room so that the window you came in is directly below the rotate circle. After that, climb the wall and slide down the outside, wall jumping off of it and down past the spikes and towards the left. You're aiming for a third platform, located at the very bottom left corner. Once you managed to get on, use the rotate circle to rotate the room once, and then jump across the platforms towards the right until you reach the secret window.

12/31:

After that room, you must go through a more simple room with no rotate circles, going right and then upwards. Once you get to the window leading to the next room, jump off towards the left and you'll find a secret window.

13/31:
In the next room, you have to jump across several bouncy flowers to get to a rotate circle. Rotate the room so that the trees point towards the left and the flowers go down below you. Bounce on the top flower and onto the outside of the structure, and then bounce upwards to the secret window above.

14/31:
In the large room where you're "inside" a large structure with two rotate circles, get to the second rotate circle, and rotate the room so that the trees are pointing towards the left. Climb up the wall to the top, and then head to the left and then drop down to the secret window down in the bottom left corner.

15/31:

In the next room, in which you ascend upwards, get to the window going to the next room, and then bounce up and climb the outside wall offscreen. The secret window is at the top.
Winter - 1 terminal
16/31:
Near the beginning of the stage, there's a room in which you navigate a linear path until you get to a vertical structure in the middle. There's a secret window up above the room. It's not too hard to utilise the stage's unique gimmick to get up there.
Swamp #2 - 3 terminals
Note: This is another "find all the keys" stage, much like Midnight, and as a result of its non-linearity, it's more difficult to point out the locations of the secret windows.

17/31:

From the first room, where the entrance elevator and portal is, enter the lower window. Get to the room in which you ascend upwards past several spike obstacles. You need to get to the top, and then hit the wall in such a way so that you go past the spike obstacle to the outside. It seems easier if you try going past the spikes on the left hand side, as pictured. Go through the top window and back if you need an easier retry. Once outside, go downwards underwater until you get to the secret window underneath.

18/31:
From the first room, enter the upper window, and in the next room, enter the window deep underwater. You'll come to a rather tall vertical room with two tall walls arranged in a symmetrical pattern. Fall upwards so that you end up on the right-hand side of the wall above the water, and then climb up it. The secret window is above it.

19/31:
From the tall vertical room, go in the upper window and you'll come to a largish room with two windows at the left and right sides and a top window above, from which you'll enter from. On the centre structure, get onto the part second from the top, to the left from the middle, and start bouncing so that you can climb up on the outside of the top structure. Once you get up there, the secret window awaits.
Wetlands - 4 terminals
20/31:

From the first room, head into the next room as normal and then quickly return, which resets the structure you rotated to get through. Head onto the tip of the unrotated structure and start bouncing so that you can reach the upper wall on the left side of the screen. Climb up it to the secret window.

21/31:

In the room in which you rotate a structure shaped like a reverse E, rotate the structure and then start bouncing on the right most tip to get up to a wall on the right side. It's slightly more difficult to reach from the previous one, though. Climb up it to the secret window.

22/31:

In the room with a rotatable square structure underneath some spikes, you need to get to the window going to the next room, and then bounce off of the edge of the platform high enough to clear the spikes and get to the top of the structure to the right, where the secret window is found. This is extremely difficult to pull off, so enter the window and come back out for an easier retry.

23/31:
When you get to the room with a rotatable structure in the middle with a strange pattern in the middle, rotate the structure once and then rotate it again so that as you're going clockwise, quickly jump out at the corner. If done correctly, you'll end up outside on top. Climb the middle part, watching out for the spikes, until you get to the secret window at the top.
Space - 6 terminals (PERMANENTLY MISSABLE!!)
!! WARNING !!
As the section header states, these 6 terminals are permanently missable. This stage is another "find all the keys" stage to open up a portal to the exit, with three separate sections accessible from a central hub room. However, unlike the other stages, collecting each key will permanently "corrupt" the retrospective section you're in, after which point their "normal" versions are no longer accessible. Once a section is "corrupted", all secret windows in that section will become permanently blocked off.

24/31:
Towards the end of the top left section, you must ascend a vertical room. The secret window is located at the bottom right corner of the room.

25/31:
The first room of the top right section is another vertical room going upwards. The secret window is located at the very top.

26/31:
The first room of the bottom section is a vertical room going downwards. In the middle, you can move outside and climb on the outer parts off of the screen. The secret window is found at the top.

27/31:
This secret window is found in the same room as the previous one, only located at the very bottom instead.

28/31:

In the second room of the bottom section, you must wall jump across several floating platforms to the left. As soon as you get to the left side of the room, you must bounce up so you reach the left side of the structure outside just off the edge of the screen, and then ascend up. At the top, head right until you get to the secret window.

29/31:

In the third room of the bottom section, you have to climb up, then right, and then up again. It's the same idea from the previous one; from where you climb up the second time, you have to bounce up and climb up on the outside of the structure, and then head left at the top until you come to the secret window.
Final Stage - 2 terminals
30/31:
This may well be the hardest terminal in the game. Finding the secret window leading to the room itself is simple enough, being located at the bottom of a vertical room during the first glitchy jelly physics phase, but actually getting to it is another story! You'll need to keep advancing in the level until you get to the second glitchy jelly physics phase; after the physics have changed, backtrack back to that vertical room. Drop down to where you see the window, and climb up on the platform above it. This is the difficult part; you must rapidly jump up and down until you glitch your way through the floor and down to the window. You'll need tons of luck and patience to pull this off, it helps to bounce high and then mash the jump button. Once you finally get through and activate the terminal inside, you're still not done. To escape, you need to start jumping against the right side wall from the secret window so you hopefully glitch through, and then climb up the middle wall and then glitch your way through the floor above. Once you've finally, finally done that, continue on with the final stage as normal, until...

31/31:
After the jelly physics have frozen, you'll come to a vertical room going downwards. DO NOT GO IN THE FIRST WINDOW YOU'LL SEE, as entering that window will trigger the ending sequence from which you cannot return from, and you'll have to replay the entire final stage all over again. Instead, keep going down carefully, and you'll eventually see a window at the bottom right corner. Inside, you have to jump across a message from the developer spelled out in platforms. It's surprisingly difficult to jump across the platforms without falling into the pit, so it may take a few tries. Once you eventually get to the end, activate the last terminal in the game.

For anyone else playing on controller, you'll need to use the arrow keys and spacebar to navigate out of the terminals.

is anyone else having trouble with the terminals not receiving input except for a few keys? i was playing with a controller, but when i found a terminal and found that it wasn't working, i unplugged the controller and restarted the game, but i'm still having the problem.

Ah btw, I'm replaying the game without activating terminals and in the space stage I noticed that the windows aren't just locked after you pick the key: they become corrupted and doesn't exist anymore
And wow, that's a waaaay more messed up than just blocking the patch

Finished with the space ones (I highly recommend to get the terminals before the keys)
The final stage is going to be a pain, OOF

After you activate all the terminals, you can use the "set" function in any terminal to manipulate the game physics to your liking.

For 30, I actually managed to do it when I came into the room. It requires incredible timing, but there's a way to go through thin floors in that physics level. After a large drop, you are able to jump through the floors, but it's very precise. The biggest issue is getting back out of the little area the secret window is in, which basically involves you spamming jump at a corner until you reach escape velocity.
