Thanks for that detail I will add that to the guide!
The reason why I think this is important is because, you might be tempted to sell it because you think it's useless as incomplete. In theory, 100% rarity incomplete equipment just means you can customize it anyway you like with max module slots.
I think the reason I ended up mentioning the engineering in multiple sections, was in case someone only read one section (for example, they skipped to "tips and tricks" and only read that)
I did feel like maybe it was a bit redundant and might reduce the frequency. Thank you for the feedback!
