T-38-4-30. an MBT platform, converted into an SPAA. armed with quad 30mm auto cannons. the tank might seem fimiliar. it used to be armed with dual 35-40mm cannons before but due cuts of budget and ageing weapon designs the quad 30 mm peforms better including explosive ammo belts
