Cry of Fear - All unlockables [English/German]

Hello everybody. I want to give you some Informations about the Unlockables and the Locations of Items and Weapons in the Singleplayer Mode. All allready unlocked Items you´ll find in the Secret Room, wich you unlock automatically after beating the Game for the first Time. The Secret Room you will find in the beginning of the Game after the first Nightmare in the Yellow colored Tunnel, where the locked Door is too. [Spoiler/////////////////] After the Traincrash scene, there is a second secret Room, behind the red Car you will see to the right side. Its a Door in the Bottom.

Now to the Unlockables:

>Hint Book<
The Hint Book (not the original Name) will be unlocked automatically after beating the Game for the first time. It includes all the Hint Pages you will find during the entire Game. In my Knowledge, there are only 4 Hint Pages.

>Nightmare Mode<
The Nightmare Mode will be unlocked automatically after beating the Game for the first time. Its the hardest Mode in the Game.

>Developer Commentary<
The Developer Commentarys will be unlocked automatically after beating the Game for the first time. You need to activate it, before you choose your Difficulty. In some Places in the Game, Speechbubbles will appear you can activate to hear some Commentarys from the Developers.

>Doctor Mode<
The Doctor Mode will be unlocked automatically after beating the Game for the first Time. To play the Doctor Mode, you need to click the Doctor Symbole in the unlockables menue. Its the second hardest Mode after the Nightmare Mode.

Seid gegrüßt. Ich würde euch gerne einige Informationen über sämtliche Freischaltungen und Fundorte im Einzelspieler Modus geben.
Alle bereits freigeschalteten Gegenstände, könnt ihr im geheimen Raum finden, das ihr nach dem ersten durchspielen freigeschaltet habt. Der geheime Raum befindet sich am Anfang des Spiels im gelbfarbenden Tunnel, wo auch die verschlossene Tür ist. [Spoiler//////////] Nach dem Zugcrash Szenario könnt ihr noch einen weiteren geheimen Raum finden, der sich hinter dem roten Auto befindet. Es ist eine Tür im Boden.

Nun zu den Freischaltbaren:

>Hinweisbuch<
Das Hinweisbuch (nicht der Originalname) schaltet ihr automatisch frei, nachdem ihr das Spiel zum ersten mal durchgespielt habt. Das Hinweisbuch beinhaltet alle Hinweisblätter, die ihr wärend des gesammten Spiels gefunden habt. Meines Wissens nach, sind es nur 4 insgesammt.

>Alptraum Modus<
Den Alptraum Modus schaltet ihr automatisch frei, nachdem ihr das Spiel zum ersten mal durchgespielt habt. Es ist der schwerste Modus im Spiel.

>Entwicklerkommentare<
Die Entwicklerkommentare schaltet ihr automatisch frei, nachdem ihr das Spiel zum ersten mal durchgespielt habt. Die kann man bei der Auswahl des Schwierigkeitsgrades aktivieren. Im Spiel tauchen an bestimmten Plätzen Sprechblasen auf, die man aktivieren kann um Kommentare der Entwickler zu hören.

>Doktor Modus<
Den Doktor Modus schaltet ihr automatisch frei, nachdem ihr das Spiel zum ersten mal durchgespielt habt. Um den Doktor Modus zu spielen, müsst ihr das Doktor Symbol im Menü anklicken. Der Doktor Modus ist der zweit schwerste Modus, nach dem Alptraum Modus.

Gasmask

To Unlock the Gasmask, you need to beat the Doctor Mode, no matter wich Ranking. You can find the Gasmask in the secret Room. Press F to activate the Gasmask. It gives you permanently Nightivison and doesnt waste a Space in the Inventory

Um die Gasmaske freizuschalten, müsst ihr den Doktor Modus schlagen, egal mit welchem Rang. Ihr könnt die Gasmaske im geheimen Raum finden. Drückt F um sie zu aktivieren. Es gibt euch permanente Nachtsicht und verbraucht kein Platz im Inventar

David Leatherhoff´s Axe

To unlock David Leatherhoff´s Axe, you need access to the Secret Ending and find the Axe in a secret Room, wich is protected with a Code. You need to dial the Number across the Wall. Its a 10 Numbers Code, wich you can find in the first Game Afraid of Monsters: Directors Cut in the Ending.
The Code is: 26 , 16 , 4 , 27 , 49 , 2 , 32 , 45 , 12 , 23
Information: The Numbers are suppoused to be translated to "Forgive Me" wich is part of the Story
from Afraid of Monsters, it brings you there to the good Ending.
How to gain Access to the secret Ending:
You need to deliver the Wierd Package from the secret Room to the Mailbox in the Harbor Road, wich is close to the Busstop. [The Place, where the College is]. Now play trough, untill you are at your Home and you belong automatically to the secret Ending.

Um David Leatherhoffs Axt freizuschalten, müsst ihr euch Zugang zum geheimen Ende verschaffen und die Axt in einem geheimen Raum finden, die durch einen Code geschützt ist. Ihr müsst den Code über die Wand eingeben. Es ist ein 10 Nummern Code, welches ihr im ersten Spiel Afraid of Monsters: Directors Cut am Ende finden könnt.
Der Code lautet: 26 , 16 , 4 , 27 , 49 , 2 , 32 , 45 , 12 , 23
Info: Die Nummern sollten in die Worte "Vergib mir" übersetzt werden, was ein Teil der Story in Afraid of Monsters ist. Dort bringt es den Spieler zum guten Ende.
Wie man Zugang zum geheimen Ende bekommt
Man muss das merkwürdige Paket vom geheimen Raum in den Postkasten in der Harbor Road abliefern, welches sich neben der Bushaltestelle befindet. [Der Platz, wo auch das College ist]. Nun spielt das Spiel durch, bis ihr Zuhause seit und ihr kommt automatisch zum geheimen Ende.

Famas G2

To unlock the Famas, you need to beat the Game in Nightmare Mode, no matter wich Ranking. You can find the Weapon in the secret Room. It deals as much Damage as the Glock and fires fullautomatically. Its one of the best Firearms in the Game, because it haves infinite Ammo, but still need to Reload. After picking up the Weapon, Simon will make a dirty and funny Joke.

Um die Famas freizuschalten, müsst ihr das Spiel im Alptraum Modus knacken, egal mit welchem Rang. Ihr könnt die Waffen im geheimen Raum finden. Es verursacht genauso viel Schaden wie die Glock und feuert vollautomatisch. Es ist eine der besten Schusswaffen im Spiel, da sie unendlich Munition hat, aber man muss trotzdem noch nachladen. Beim Aufnehmen dieser Waffe macht Simon einen schmutzigen und lustigen Scherz.

Camera of Death

To unlock the Camera of Death, you need to beat the Game in less than 2 and a half Hours. You can find the Camera in your secret Room. Its a ingame legal Cheat, because it freezes all Enemies you make a Snapshot. (Except Bosses). They disappear after a Time automatically. The Use of the Camera isnt annoying to your Accuracy, because it doesnt need Ammo. It works infinitly.

Um die Kamera des Todes freizuschalten, müsst ihr das Spiel in weniger als 2 einhalb Stunden schaffen. Ihr könnt die Kamera im geheimen Raum finden. Es ist ein im Spiel legaler Cheat, da sie alle Gegner einfriert, die ihr fotografiert. (Auser Bosse). Sie verschwinden nach einer Zeit automatisch. Die Benutzung der Kamera beeinträchtigt eure Präzision nicht, da sie keine Munition verwendet. Sie funktioniert immer.

Simon´s Book

To unlock Simon´s Book, you need to beat the Game with an S Rank. You can find the Book in your secret Room. Simon´s Book is the strongest and most effective Weapon. It deals a huge Damage in a Second and can even kill the Sawrunner in just a few Seconds. Simon´s Book isnt annoying to your Accuracy, because it doesnt use Ammo.

Um Simons Buch freizuschalten, müsst ihr das Spiel mit einem S Rang schlagen. Ihr könnt das Buch im geheimen Raum finden. Simons Buch ist die stärkste und effektivste Waffe. Sie verursacht einen großen Schaden in einer Sekunde und kann sogar den Sawrunner in wenigen Sekunden töten. Simons Buch beeinträchtigt eure Präzision nicht, da sie keine Munition verwendet.

David Leatherhoff Suit

To unlock David Leatherhoff Suit, you need to beat the Game with the Secret Ending.

To unlock the Hello Kitty Hoodie, you need to find the dead Cat in Chapter 4 in the Metro Undergroud. Look at the Cat and press E (use) Repeatidly, untill Simon says "...Hello Kitty".

Guter Punkt aber ich hatte damals auch schon ein separates Guide aufgeschlagen mit den Ranking System. Hier in dem Guide wollt ich nur die diversen freischaltbaren Sachen auflisten ^^. Den S Rank hab ich bis heute leider auch immer noch nicht weil das Spiel mir damals zu oft abgestürzt ist bei den Boss fights. Aus Frust hatte ich es dann auch gelassen lol

ein S rank bekommt man Im nightmare modus, man darf nur 2 syringes nehmen, und man darf nur 4 mal abschpeichern, inklusive noch eine 90% genauigkeit haben (wehre gut wenn du das auch erklären würdest btw bin ich ein speedruner mit einer zeit von 1 stunde 9min 54sek so weiss ich das auch)

The second one comes right after the Train Crash Scene. Follow your way after the bridge and stay all the way to the right, Its a Door in the Ground you can enter. Its easily to be overseen yes. Ive didnt play the Game allready for some Years but i think there must be bushes and probably a Car nearby to help navigating to it.

Ich muss hier eins einräumen, das ich bislang nicht alle Informationen im Guide preisgegeben hab. Paar fehlende infos zur Axt, die ich jetzt mit reingeschrieben hab. Ein Hoodie fehlt noch, sofern ich mich erinnere gab es den in den Apartments im untersten Flur in einen der Räume aber der ist momentan nicht mehr auffindbar, wird aber soweit ich weiss aktuell nicht mehr in der Sammlung angezeigt. ich hab auch noch kein Schaubild für Simons Buch reingebracht weil ich zugegebenermaßen das Spiel bisher noch nie im S Rank geschlagen hab, wobei die instabilität des Spiels ein Mitgrund ist (zuviele Crashs durch Chapter 4 und 5).
