Entrance
The guide is split in two main parts: Spoiler-free achievements and achievements that ties with the lore of the game and may spoil some things. Similar achievements will be put in groups. My comments will be in italic font. In spoiler-free section some shiets and giggles will be covered by black rectangles like this =>Vanya Nakalyuzhniy lox. In the spoiler zone i will be covering spoiler-y content with this. Let's proceed to the guide:
Spoiler-free floor
Кстати, если что, вот русскоязычная версия этого гайда:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2658577168
Here is a guide to all spoiler-free achievements:
Unclassified achievements №1
Die
Die.
Die(die).
Die.

Massacre
Kill 6+ enemies with less than a second gap between each kill.
Really easy to compete in a challenge room or on Omega Clot with Jules.

Spree killer
Clear a challenge room in 15 seconds or less.
Pretty easy to complete with Fuji. You need to max strength early and get a little bit lucky. Also, after progressing further into the game, you definitely will get it as BOSS with second and third curses, but it is kinda a spoiler.

Exterminator
Knock out Chunks. Friendly little mouse :)
I find it easier to complete with Jules or Fuji if you are using the base weapon. It is pretty easy to do as any character though, it just takes a little bit of practice, but after that you should consider knocking him every time if he shows up for that hefty chunk of money.

Secret Secret
Visit 10 secret rooms in a single run.
Keep in mind that only real secret rooms count, item or weapon chest room hidden as a secret room on higher difficulties do not count, so you shoud consider looping. Also if you progress further into the game, BOSS' first curse will greatly help with this achievement

Hope She Notices You
Purchase Cordelia's entire stock on the first floor.
You need to either play the easiest difficulty and get lucky or buy her entire stock on the first floor after looping the run.

Speedrunner
Complete a run in 20 minutes or less.
Easier to complete with Fuji. Play the easiest difficulty, max out strength and crush everything in your way.

Fill My Pockets
Carry over $1,000 at once.

Fill My Wallet
Carry over $2,000 at once.

Fill My Vault
Carry over $3,000 at once.
Shemets B)

Another Go-round
Leap off the balcony and loop your run.
On the fifth balcony floor don't go up the elevator, go to the opposite side and leap off.

Again?!
Loop twice in a single run.

Mouse Trap
Get a Crusher in the Laboratory to land on Chunks.
Wait for Chunks to spawn, lure him under the spiky crusher on the fourth floor.

Homerun Hitter!
Kill a Moth using a melee weapon as it's coming at you.
For some reason, Fuji's gloves do not count.

Collector
Collect 15+ items in a single run.
Weapons do not count, only passive items.

Hoarder
Collect 25+ items in a single run.
Weapons do not count, only passive items.

Klepto
Collect 35+ items in a single run.
Weapons do not count, only passive items.

Window Shopper
Complete a run without ever visiting a shopkeeper.
I completed it with Fuji, because i have got the hang of this character. Hope for jelly beans or any heart drop increasing item for easy heals. In the run where i completed it i haven't even gone in the room with Witch/Gunslinger/Doctor Cordelia. Too bad, cause she has a new pose each floor.
Unclassified achievements №2
Roided Out
Max out all your stats with Dr. Cordelia.
Dr. Cordelia is hot.

Scrap Metal
Destroy 5+ weapons in a single run.
Hold weapon change key to destroy weapons, in case you didn't know.

Happy Halloween!
Play the game on October 31st. You can change the date on your computer.

Outta the Park!
As Digby, get a 20+ kill combo.

Shiny!
Destroy a full ammo Golden Gun as Luis.
Pure luck. Just find a golden gun and don't forget to not shoot with it.

Nothing Comes Free
Get 10+ reward items in a single run as Lydia.
Loop 'til you get it.

Mama's Girl
Purchase a shop's entire stock as Cordelia.
Roselia is really cute... and also kinda hot.

Heavyweight Champ
As Fuji, kill a boss in under 30 seconds.
I don't know how not to complete this achievement on the first boss.

Mumba Shoot Mumba...
Obtain a Mumba Launcher as Mumba.
Pure luck. I have completed this achievement last, so your fate is up to rng gods. Also there is an item that randomizes your secondary weapon every 3 seconds, but i am not sure if it works. Also, Mumba is a chad.

Ol' Reliable
Clear a run without using a single weapon besides your Shotgun as Jules.
Not a hard achievement, but you should keep in mind to not even pick up a gun, cause it may ruin the achievement. Jules' shotgun is one of the strongest starter weapons, so you just have to get used to enemies attacks.

Too Old for This
As Jeff, clear a run without any items.
Pretty hard achievement, not picking up items means no map, no ambrosia, and no powerful items so you should leave red pots till you need to heal up. Weapons are obviously allowed. Also, if you progress further into the game, Jeff's third curse will greatly benefit you, because double handgun will be much stronger than the default one.
Gigaton
As BOSS, obtain 10+ explosive-related items.
This achievement is just long and luck-dependant, just loop, use basement bonus floor to go to floor 1 and pray for rng. Obviously items that gives you more items will heavily speed up the process. You may also wait until you have progressed further into the game because BOSS' second and third curse will make her stupidy busted, resulting in much easier runs.
Midas
Break 10 golden pots in a single run.
Try to complete, if not completed - loop. Search for secret rooms, there are a layout where you can find 2 golden pots. I think that on the lower difficulties the chance of one spawning is higher. Don't forget to visit the bonus floors, especially the bank, as they contain golden pots. There is also an item that significantly boost the spawn rate of golden pots but all pots disappear after 5 seconds from entering the room.
Shemets B)

Witchout a Hitch
Complete a run without taking any damage.
The hardest achievement in the game, Mumba is an ideal character for this achievement. His only weakness, low hp, is irrelevant and his high agility, awesome starter weapon and increased fire rate will benefit you greatly in the no-damage run. Also, consider doing this achievement as one of you last ones, because you would unlock Curse of the Glass Cannon for Mumba, which lowers max hp to 1 but DOUBLES your damage. Like i said, Mumba is a chad
START RUNNING...
...if you want to live.
Difficulties
On any difficulty above "Normal" Chunks will spawn faster, item chest and weapon chests room will become hidden like secret room. On the hardest difficulty the map won't work and Chunks will spawn the second you leave the spawn room. Also, the harder the difficulty the less money you will get. So knocking out Chunks is really necessary on the later difficulties.

Dead Estate
Clear the game once.

Deader Estate
Clear the game on 'Painful' difficulty.
Do not try completing this mode unless you are comfortable with finding secret rooms. In general, not a hard difficulty.

Deadest Estate
Clear the game on 'Nightmare' difficulty.
Almost no differences compared to Painful, just a little less resourses.

Deaderest Estate
Clear the game on 'X Must Die' difficulty.
The most fun difficulty, map is almost completely unfunctional, money drops are incredibly low and you are forced to deal with Chunks that moves a lot faster, because on this mode:
"START LEARNING TO KNOCK OUT CHUNKS...
...if you want to live.
"
Character unlocks
Dead Estate has 8 playable characters, but only 2 are unlocked from the start. Here's how to unlock them:

The Witch
Unlock Cordelia.
Corey is unlocked by beating the game as two starter characters, Jeff and Jules.

The Boyscout
Unlock Digby.
Шкет is unlocked for buying a map on every floor you can.
THIS KID HAS A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FNF SKIN, THIS ♥♥♥♥ IS FOLLOWING ME EVERYWHERE! HELP!

The Chad Experiment
Unlock Mumba.
The King is unlocked after you randomly find him in a test-tube on the 4th floor, The Laboratory. All girls love Mumba. Not just girls. Everyone loves Mumba.
Y̵̛̬̞̱̫̻̾ò̶̻͐̓̓u̵̡̝̙̤̓͐̐̄ ̵͕̭͖͊́s̸͇̠̬̜͖̊́͘h̵͙̑̂͘o̵͔̣͘ṷ̶͇͕͎́͋̈́̈́͋l̵̞̪̖̟͙̾͑̑̆͑d̴̛̖̜̭̻̐͋̀ ̷̢̛̦̎̇̚͠c̴̱̳̣͙̣͌̕ơ̶̡̧͜n̶̛̗̘̪̳̫̊͂ș̷͌̒̈́̃̕ì̵̥͔͎̜̇͑͐͝d̵̼̻͖̝͛̄e̸̤͊ŗ̴̫͈̯͑ ̵̲͒l̵͉̼̻̅̍̇͠ǫ̶̣͉͂v̷̺̘̠̥̔̽̾͛ì̷͎͔͕̒͜͝ͅń̷̨̮͇̘̈́͒g̷̡͘ ̷̦̭͔̭̂͒M̶͇͊̈́u̵͖̗͗̈̃͝m̸̖̆͝b̵̻̮͇̥̪͒̍̀̐ḁ̸̠̙̰̈́͛͂̚ ̴̢̧̨̀̽ẗ̷̻̠̙̟́̂̋ǫ̷͇͙̮̐̄͝ô̶͙ͅ.̵͚̲͗̐̒̓͝

The Realtor
Unlock Lydia.
The Real Estate lady is unlocked for beating the game with a $1000 in your pocket. Also, her outfit is fire!

The Ex-Officer
Unlock Luis.
The Police is unlocked for ruthlessly jumping off the balcony(looping a run).

The Fighter
Unlock Fuji.
The muscle lady is unlocked for having 12 max hp as any character.
Her muscles intimidate me. Yes. I am a little bit jealous.

The Kingpin
Find the wanted poster.
You just need to visit either The Bathroom or The Kitchen bonus floors and it will be hanging near the exit.
She is cool and looks gorgeous. Me like.

The Gang's All Here!
Unlock every character in the game.
You can now look at complete and awesomely drawn character selection screen.
Floor achievements
Achievements for completing a stage. You are probably already have them. But the guide is called "All achievements" for a reason.

Butler
Clear the Ground Floor.

Cultist
Clear the Second Story.
I was actually considering to claim that this became the new worst floor because of the two new mobs, the bloody cage and the speedy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overdosed on monster energy, but the third floor got annoying daddy longlegs so it still the worst for me.
Yes, i put the monster energy teenager in the toilet. He deserves it.

Freako
Clear the Attic Sanctum.
One of if not the worst floor. Yes, i am looking at you, "gross guy(Onisenko)" and "creepy bloody lady", you are the worst enemies. Oh, and the boss here is utterly annoying. And also it got a new annoying daddy longlegs monster, so i will add him to this photo.

Evil Genius
Clear the Laboratory.
1.3 Bombs Away bonus floors and related achievements
With 1.3 Bombs Away Update BOSS bombed her way into the Dead Estate and bombed our way to 5 whole new bonus floors. They can be accessed through a special elevator that can spawn on any of the floors except the final ones like The Balcony. You can easily understand on which special floor you will end up because the room they spawn in will be themed like the floor it will lead to. And even if you are still not sure do not worry, they are all safe except The Arena, but even there you can just skip the fight if you want. Also almost all of them contain golden pots so it's just free extra money.

Only 3 floors have some achievements tied to them (technically 4, but it's because you can find the wanted poster in The Kitchen but i will still tell about it here :)), so i will quickly tell some info about the other two here:
  • The Basement - a very useful bonus floor that provide access to 4 main and 4 alt floors of the game. You could use it as a loop that will not increase the power of the enemies or you could use it to skip some floors if you are confident enough in your run.
  • The Kitchen - Unbelievably good floor because of one thing: YOU CAN SEE ROSELIA WHILE PLAYING AS THE OTHER CHARACTERS EXCEPT COREY (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) Ahem... But aside from that it's actually a very useful floor that provides you with 3 free food items and also 5 food items for sale. Momma's cooking sure is powerful!
Now i will tell you about the three remaining bonus floors and achievements related to them:
  • The Arena - a timed boss rush, you get 180 seconds to kill 5 bosses and get 4 items with some monies. Thats all. You can just walk past the box with items and skip the fight if you think that you are not ready or the rewards are bad.
Master of the House
Clear the Arena.
Should be pretty easy if you have a good run going. Also, as always you could use BOSS with curses №2 and №3, cause she is busted

  • The Bathroom - a residence of a very unusual shopkeeper - The Toilet. Yes, you can trade with a toilet in this game (instant 10/10). But he has no need in your filthy money - he accepts the one and only, the most valuable currency in the world - Toilet Paper. It can rarely drop from pots or sold by other shopkeepers, and it lowers your max hp down to 2 when in your inventory(wet wipes can remove the debuff). A hefty price to pay, but The Toilet sells some of the most powerful items in the game: doubling your max hp, massively beefing up your damage and fire rate, increasing mobility by an ungodly amounts, giving pots a chance to drop items and weapons, removing chunks(this one is kinda meh), and all of it can be traded for the holy TOILET PAPER.
Toilet Humor
Purchase an item using Toilet Paper in the Bathroom.

Occupied!
Buy the toilet's entire stock in the Bathroom.
You need to purchase the entire stock at once, so you need to bring 3 toilet paper simultaneously. I completed it with Mumba, because his max hp is already low, but he is really powerful. You could also try to complete it as Jeff with second curse, cause it increases the chances of getting toilet paper. But keep in mind that you will either go without shops or will need to buy a blessing.
And the last one:
  • The Bank - it's a place where you can store your money for a future runs. Also there is a ton of golden pots so you can get a hefty chunk of money just from visiting it.
Just Getting Started
Store $200 in the bank.
It's a series of achievements for storing a big amount of money in the bank. Just do a few busted looped runs on the easy difficulty, and you will easily get it. But if you don't mind getting your hands dirty you can abuse the midrun save mechanic.

Humble Beginnings
Store $1,000 in the bank.

Safety Net
Store $2,000 in the bank.
1/10 done

Money Maker
Store $5,000 in the bank.

Nest Egg
Store $10,000 in the bank.
Halfway there!

Rich
Store $20,000 in the bank.
Congratulations! We're rich! Mushroom! Now prepare to defend The Bank or run, Lydia is coming for your money!
Normal endings
Achievements for getting your standard normal ending:

The College Dropout
Beat the game as Jules.
A little flex: i've got this achievement on my first run on normal, before the "Die" achievement B) (i know, nobody cares)

Orange County Lumber Truck
Beat the game as Jeff.

A Wizard
Beat the game as Cordelia.

Silence Kid
Beat the game as Digby.

Muh Muh, Hey Hey
Beat the game as Mumba.

Mansion on the Hill
Beat the game as Lydia.
God, her outfit is awesome.

Old and Unprofessional
Beat the game as Luis.

Hit to Death
Beat the game as Fuji.
Her muscles still intimidate me.

No More Heroes
Beat the game as BOSS.
Damn shes got some nice bo...mbs.
Spoiler zone

You are now entering: spoiler zone! If you haven't beat the game with Cordelia yet and do not know about any other ending except normal do not proceed further, because you may ruin the fun for yourself. Now this black rectangles => Boo! I am a scary and spooky spoiler! won't cover any googas and gagas (maybe), but will cover kinda spoiler-ish content. Let's proceed to the second part of the guide:
Alt floors achievements
Complete true ending once, and they are all yours:

Groundskeeper
Clear Dark Mood Woods.
GNOME.

Tomb Raider
Clear the Foresaken Crypt.
Awful rats and annoying ghost, but still a really cool floor.

RUNRUNRUNRUNRUN
RUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUNRUN
You may know how to knock out Chunks, but IT WILL NOT HELP NOW WHEN HE IS CAPTURED BY DOGMA FROM ISAAC.

Director
Clear the Abandoned Set.
BLASPHEMY AGAINST THE HOOOOLY SPIRIIIIT!!!

Deep Diver
Clear the Sunken Ship.
Really annoying floor, but at least it looks cool.

Slayer
Clear Exit Realm.
Get ready.
Character B-costumes
Here's a guide how to unlock cool and not-so-cool costumes for our characters:

The First Daughter
Unlock Jules's B costume.
Kill Chunks on the final normal ending floor in under one minute as Jules. Just use some normal weapons and you'll easily get this

The Dwarf
Unlock Jeff's B costume.
Complete the first alt path, Dark Mood Woods, as Jeff on painful difficulty
GNOME.

The Scholar
Unlock Cordelia's B costume.
Get the true ending as all characters.
This skin... It does something illegal... You should go and see for yourself...

The Funkhead
Unlock Digby's B costume.
Break the arcade machine in the third floor, Attic Sanctum, as Digby.
Oh my god, it's The Boy from the hit game FNAFday Night Fun!

The Abomination
Unlock Mumba's B costume.
Reach the Exit Realm, last alt path as Mumba on painful difficulty.
Chad Normal Mumba > Virgin Kakovskii Abomimation.

The Assassin
Unlock Lydia's B costume.
Complete a run without ever breaking a pot.
Not Lydia standard style = 0/10 skin. Formal style is awesome.

The Nightmare Cop
Unlock Luis's B costume.
My most frustrating experience in this game. Complete a looped run without ever picking up a heart. You can heal using jelly beans item, heal with ambrosia or use any other healing method. Sounds easy, until you accidenty pick up a heart from the enemy that you kiled in a 1 nanometre distance from yourself. And here goes your long-ass looped run down the drain...
The Candidate
Unlock Fuji's B costume.
Knock out Chunks on every floor you visit. Don't know how it works after the patch that made glitchy Chunks from old set invincible, so i would recommend to just stick with normal path for this achievement. Also, formal style = 10/10 skin.

The Inmate
As BOSS, kill a boss in under ten seconds..
Really easy to unlock, because BOSS packs some pretty heavy... punches.

Costume Party!
Unlock the B costume for every character.
1.4 Heaven and Hell, C-Costumes and Curses
    — As you can see, Digby is pretty exited about some assets of this update! Shanni(@soggyworms) did a great job with this gorgeous art!Kinda hard not to agree with Digby, Filia and Faith cause some excitment in some places like... the eyes, cause they look just beatiful!
Also if you still haven't noticed this section of the guide is in the SPOILER ZONE because most of the contents of this update unlocks only after completing the true ending, so if you still haven't completed it and do not want to spoil anything come here a bit later!
With that out of the way let's talk about the one thing around which the whole update revolves:
Chunks Medallions!
It's a multirun currency that can be used in two new shops in this update to buy curses, blessings and powerful items. I will talk about the shops a bit later, for now let's finish with the Medallions and achievements related to them:
Rodent
Hold 10 Chunks Medallions at once.

Vermin
Hold 50 Chunks Medallions at once.
You need to accumulate 50 medallions at one point in time, but truth be told you would still need more in total to acquire all of the achievements, so i will now tell how to get and farm them:

You get Chunks Medallions for completing runs, the amount is determined by the difficulty and the ending you get. For normal ending you can earn 1 medallion for the easiest difficulty. For each point in difficulty you get +1 medallion. True ending gives you +2 medallions you would get from normal ending, meaning that for example normal mode true ending will provide you with 4 medallions(This may be wrong so please comment if you find out it's not true).

But it's not a really viable method to farm Chunks Medallions, especially because you need at least 81 of them in total to get all the achievements.

That's when Jules comes into play:
There is another way to earn Chunks Medallions — knocking out Chunks for the first time in the run gives you 1 Medallion. So you just need to pick Jules with "X Must Die" difficulty and immediately knock out Chunks. This takes around 40sec-1minute of your time for 1 Medallion, so it's much faster than completing runs to earn them. I spent approximatelly an hour and a half farming my Medallions as Jules, this gets you pretty comfortable with knocking out Chunks so your future runs may become easier because of this.

Now let's talk about the most juicy part of this update: Filia and Faith!...I mean Heavenmart and Hellmart!
  • Please note that this Promotional Joint Superglue-mart is a special service for this guide and in-game Heavenmart and Hellmart sadly operate separately.
    〜 Filia and Faith
Hellmart
Filia is in charge of the Hellmart: a shop that appears on loops only after you got the true ending and it sells curses — permanent upgrades for each character that can be toggled on or off in the character selection menu. But they are called "curses" for a reason — they are not strictly upgrades, every one of them also have a downside, some of them may be minor, some will completey alter your playstyle. Each character have 3 curses available for them, each sold for 3 Medallions, and after you bought them, sadly there is no reason to visit Hellmart except for putting your gaze upon Filia(⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄)
Curses!
Purchase your first Curse from Filia.

Heavenmart
Faith runs the Heavenmart: a shop the begins to appear after you bought at least one curse. Faith's shop can spawn even on the first floor of the run, and it always sells a Meager and a Heavenly Blessings and 3 items from Heavenmart's pool, which includes some pretty strong items like Ace of Aces which increases all your damage and Elevator Button which guarantees a bonus floor elevator spawn.
Meager Blessing costs 2 Chunks Medallions and removes the negative effects of curses for 5 minutes.
Heavenly Blessing costs 5 CM and removes the negative effects of curses for 15 minutes.
Items are sold for 2 Medallions.
Blessings!
Purchase a blessing from Faith.
Kinda strange that this achievement is not completed just for entering the Heavenmart, because just looking at Faith feels like a blessing.

C-Costumes
All of the C-Costumes are unlocked the same way: you need to complete a run with all 3 curses enabled.
The Bounty Hunter
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Jules.
Almost the same as a normal run, i personally find the Sawed-Off a little bit worse than a normal Shotgun.

The Youngin
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Jeff.
I think it's the hardest combination of curses, toilet paper removes the bonus hp and because of the curse shopkeepers(even doctor) except The Toilet will not spawn. But consider saving an extra 7 CM to buy the Blessings and you will easily complete it.

The Countess
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Cordelia.
The magnet staff is a little bit worse than the default, but still a pretty easy achievement.

The Supernatural
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Digby.
The curses make Digby much stronger imo, so it was easier than just completing a normal run.

The Critter
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Jules.
Pretty hard, because the Sex Gun is sadly pretty bad the best weapon in the game, and you need to max hp asap or take a blessing because of your 1 max hp and halved fire rate.

The Magnet
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Lydia.
Lydia becomes much better with flamethrower, so it's pretty easy.

The Detective
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Luis.
I think he becomes a little better, so it's easier to complete a run.

The Wrestler
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Fuji.
Weapon is worse imo, and the shops are almost non-existent, but the boost in damage make it manageable.

The Legend
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as BOSS.
BOSS becomes stupidly busted with her curses. Have fun!
Default BOSS with 3 curses gameplay :)

Costume Party 2!
Unlock the C costume for every character.
Curses Review №1
I also wanted to make a section to tell my personal opinion about each one of the curses so here we are:
Jules
Curse of the Bloodhungry
+Boosts Jules' firerate.
-Decreases Jules' maximum HP to 3.
A pretty good curse, 1 HP is a good tradeoff for more dps because of how easy increasing HP is.

Curse of the Athletic
+Increases Jules' speed and grants her a double jump.
-Makes all floor larger for Jules.
Ok curse, double jump is pretty good but the curse will make your runs longer.

Curse of the Survivalist
+Changes default weapon to Sawed-Off Shotgun.
-Decreases the amount of pickups Jules finds.
A really bad curse, Sawed-Off feels even worse for me than the default.
Jeff
Curse of the Lethargic
+Increases max HP to 10.
-Makes Jeff even slower.
Bad curse, gives what Jeff needs the least and takes away what he need the most.

Curse of the Bowels
+Increases the chance for Toilet Paper to spawn.
-Shops stop spawning for Jeff.
A very interesting curse, changes your way to play the game, because the doctor Cordelia stops spawning too, so it's becomes like some kind of challenge run where your main goal becomes to get to the toilet on time.

Curse of the Weary
+Changes the default weapon to Double Handgun.
-Tanky enemies spawn more frequently.
Awesome curse, double handgun is really worth it.
Cordelia
Curse of the Daughter
+Decreases all shop prices for Cordelia.
-Coins drop less frequently for Cordelia.
Strange curse, haven't really impacted my runs so idk.

Curse of the Resident
+Reveals the whole map.
-Increases the chance to get burning, flooded and dark floors.
Awesome curse, revealing the map is really comfortable.

Curse of the Attractive
+Changes the default weapon to Magnet Staff.
-Decreases max HP to 4.
Get a worse weapon and pay for it, no thanks.
Mumba
Curse of the Glass Cannon
+DOUBLES Mumba's damage.
-Decreases Mumba max HP to 1.
One of the most powerful curses in the game, because you are not locked to 1 HP, meaning you can easily increase it. Mumba is a Chad.

Curse of the Kleptomaniac
+Mumba starts with two random items.
-Slightly decreases Mumba's speed.
Another good curse for our Chad. The debuff is almost not noticeble.

Curse of the Hedonist
+Changes Mumba's default weapon to Sex Gun.
-Halves Mumba's fire rate.
SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN SEX GUN. But to be honest, sadly it's a bad curse, the weapon is not that good and halving the fire rate is really bad.
Digby
Curse of the Pubescent
+Increases combo rewards and effects.
-Decreases Digby's combo window.
Pretty good, the buffs are solid and the combo window is still manageable.

Curse of the Hotheaded
+Increases Digby's damage.
-Decreases Digby's max HP to 3.
Also a good curse, you can heal up from your combo and more damage is always welcome.

Curse of the Encumbered
+Changes Digby's default weapon to Huge Hammer.
-Decreases Digby's speed.
An awesome curse, the hammer is much stronger and Digby gains attack speed from the combo, so i just recommend using all three curses on him.
Curses Review №2
Lydia
Curse of the Gambler
+Chance for Lydia to gain two items as a cash reward.
-Health pickups spawn less.
Good curse to pair with the second one, because cash rewards also give you some health.

Curse of the Greedy
+More coins spawn for Lydia.
-Lydia's wallet drains faster.
The curse is pretty good on lower difficulties, not sure about the harder ones. Also it pairs pretty good with the first one.

Curse of the Extravagant
+Changes Lydia's default weapon to a flamethrower.
-Increases shop prices for Lydia.
The debuff is pretty hefty, but i am ready for anything to replace her awful pepper spray, so for me this is the best curse for Lydia.

Luis
Curse of the Perceptive
+All special rooms on the map are revealed for Luis.
-Makes all floors larger.
Just an okay curse, hard to say anything about it

Curse of the Sharpshooter
+Increases damage.
-Decreases fire rate.
May not be the best curse because Luis' magnum is already pretty slow, but when paired with the third curse it becomes pretty good.

Curse of the Hangover
+Changes the default weapon to the Chest Scaffolding.
-Decreases Luis's accuracy.
A rapidly firing weapon with decent damage that can ignite enemies, also pairs pretty good with second curse.
Fuji
Curse of the Heavyweight
+Boosts Fuji's speed and damage.
-Tanky enemies spawn much more frequently as Fuji.
In my opinion it's a good curse, a pretty good buff to an already ripped as f Fuji.

Curse of the Long-distance Relationship
+All of Cordelia's shop items become completely free for Fuji.
-Cordelia's shop spawns less frequently for Fuji.
From my experience it's not less frequently, it's more like almost never. I got 1 shop for the entire run and it was on The Balcony, which may have a guaranteed shop, i am not sure about it. Still may be useful for the "X Must Die" difficulty, because you have much less money there.
Curse of the Immolated
+Changes the default weapon to Fire Punch.
-Decreases Fuji's punch speed.
Meh curse, for me this weapon is worse than the default gloves.
BOSS
Curse of the Mysterious
+Adds additional secret room to every floor for BOSS.
-All treasure rooms become secret rooms for BOSS.
A really good curse, free additional secret rooms, and the debuff is not really scary because finding secret rooms is pretty easy in this game, just gotta keep an eye out BOSS still has one left, so she should be fine.

Curse of the Scattershot
+BOSS's explosions deal more damage.
-Decreases the size of BOSS's explosions.
An awesome curse by it's own, but BOSS becomes really busted when you take it with the third one.

Curse of the Maniac
+Changes BOSS's default weapon to the TRIPLE BAZOOKA.
-Significantly decreases BOSS's fire rate.
The most busted curse in the game i think, the triple bazooka is just too powerful and the fire rate do not really matter that much.Anyways, i will just remind you:

And the last one, Axel
Curse of the Vain
+Increases Axel's chances of finding more valuable items.
-Cordelia's shop becomes more expensive for Axel.
Ok curse, the shop prices increase are not really that big so it really does not matter on lower difficulties.I think Corey does not really like the guy.

Curse of the Hunk
+Axel's charged throw becomes more powerful.
-Increases Axel's axe charge time.
Another ok curse, it gives like six more damage to the charged attack but i don't really feel the charge time increase that much.

Curse of the Cool
+Changes Axel's default weapon to the Ice Hatchets.
-Makes Axel's uncharged throws weaker.
Another one ok curse? While the Ice Hatchets are pretty, how can i say it, cool, the damage nerf is pretty hefty when you take the fact that the hatchets pierce and go back through the enemies. The slow controls the enemies pretty well so you should try and see for yourself.

Here we are on the finishing line of our guide, only the true ending achievements are standing between me and my long awaited sleep, so lets cut the crap and proceed to this achievements:

1.5 Axe to Grind achievements
Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen to the section about the new 1.5 Axe to Grind update!
It's been a while, and the new update is finally here! Although, this update is really on a smaller side, like the devs said they mostly worked on the bugfixes, polishing and some minor changes like changing the chasing Chunks fight a bit and fixing some pretty nasty bugs like Fuji B costume achievement.
But this update still added 7 new achievements, most of which are related to the new and i think final character - Axel!
  • Huh, a guy with a god complex who throws axes? I think i already heard that somewhere...
Well, let's move on to the achievements:
???
Find a place to rest.
This is the first and the last achievement in the new update which is not related to Axel. You need to find a mysterious room which was in the game even in the last update:
This room spawns on the second main floor when you loop your run and currently does not have a purpose except this achievement. This room is shown on the map like this:

The Hunk
Find Axel's secret hideaway.
Axel's secret hideaway also spawns on the second main floor and it requires a "silver key" to unlock it. The silver key is the coffin key, so you need to assemble it on the alt floors and come to the second main floor on your loop to unlock DravenAxel.

The Crownless King
As Axel, find and pick up a Laser Blade.
Aaaaand it's another one of those just random achievements, you just need to hold the Laser Blade with Axel. Maybe the error item that randomizes your secondary weapon every 3 seconds will work.

The Teacher
Complete a run with every individual Curse enabled as Axel.
His curses do not really make it challenging, they just force you to use your hold attack much more.

Punk Rock Loser
Beat the game as Axel.

No More Mr. Nice Guy
Get the true ending as Axel.
LEAGUE OF AAAAXEEEEL!

Lumberjack
As Axel, deal 100+ damage in a single hit with your Hatchets.
I somehow completed it in my first run as Axel, i just had the Jester's Hat and upgraded strength a bit. If you are struggling with it, maybe the curse that powers up the charged throw could help you.He should just buy a Serrated Dirk and it's already settled

And that's kinda it!
A small update for sure, but the devs told that the next two updated should be massive, so i really should buckle up and prepare myself for updating this guide even further!
The End
My guide is finally coming to an end, this is a really fun game and i hope my guide will help at least someone. Time to move on to the final achievement:

Milkbar Lads #1 Fan!
Unlock EVERY medal.

Thanks for anyone who reads this, please have a wonderful time!
Bonus
Corey got herself a new gaming chair, so i have updated the preview of the guide. Here's a full picture:
She is learning how to get all the achievements, do not distruct her, please.
Bonus №2
Yeah, Cordelia sure is good at striking that one pose for photos...
While i was updating this guide Corey sure had a lot of new photos to add to her "Memories" book. It was really time consuming and it catched me off guard, but i had a lot of fun updating the guide up to version 1.4 so i really hope it will help you in some way.

Thank you Milkbar Lads and 2LeftThumbs for keeping the game fresh with the new updates, revisiting this game was a blast.

Thanks for reading my ramblings, it's now time for me to finally finish my second playthrough of Library of Ruina before Limbus Company releases, i've got places to go so bye bye and have a nice day!
Bonus №3
I think it will become a tradition to add a new bonus every time i update the guide. And i think Corey isn't really a fond of 1.5 update main character...
    ...I sure wonder why.
Anyways, i am really exited for what Milkbar Lads are cooking for the last two updates, and i hope i will be able to update the guide as soon as they will be released! If you are reading this, have a nice day!

I haven't gotten it yet, but I've been having more luck with Lydia when trying to get the Window Shopper achievement. She still has fairly good health, more range than Fuji, can ACTUALLY use weapons that aren't her base weapon, and she gets items from her passive ability which can make up for the fact that the run doesn't allow her to shop. All she needs is an economy item(or two)

I can confirm that the lumberjack achievement counts damage on several enemies. I got it when my charged hatchets did 36 each, and hit two enemies in one throw.

Fuji's B costume is fixed now

Devs have confirmed there is a bug with getting the achievement getting Fuji's B costume and are working on a patch. Steam Achievement Manager can unlock the achievement, but you will not get the costume.

@Dexter, would you please share how you ended up getting the cheevo for Fuji's B costume? Any special strats/routes? I've been trying the same thing and after three playthroughs without the achievement popping when it should, it all became kinda irritating :wasted:
DexterAoC 2023年4月5日 10時30分
okay, did ANOTHER run, can confirm clearing a standard run does NOT unlock Fuji's B costume, i dunno if the difficulty of the run matters or if you have to do both the normal floors and alt floors.
DexterAoC 2023年4月5日 9時52分
So far i've done both just the normal floors and both normal and alt floors and still can't get Fuji's B Costume, I don't know if its bugged, or going to special floors (Basement/Bank/Kitchen/etc.) fucks with it.

That's kinda stupid, i think it's a bug and is not intended, you may write this to the steam discussions, hopefully it's not intended and they will fix it.

Apparently if you pick up a Toilet Paper which would limit to 2 HP of course, then pick up a health up item, and if you just so happen to visit the Bathroom and buy something to remove the 2 HP limit, you'll still be stuck at 2 HP but with the now increased HP limit....the game thinks you've taken damage and you won't get the Without a Hitch achievement....fun...
