Introduction

Left Click the Hand to Move the Pill
Right Click the Pill to Rotate it
Press C then click on the Two Pills you wish to Swap around. (When available)

If level restart doesn't fix the issue, there may have been an update since I posted this guide.
Don't lose hope! There is another way.
Make sure Pill Puzzle closed
Open Registry Editor
Go to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Coffee Studio
Delete Pill_Puzzle folder (This will be the games save file)
Open Pill Puzzle
Now instead of completing levels, opening a level will unlock the next one, so:
Open level 1, return to level select, open level 2 etc. until all levels are unlocked.
Then you can choose which levels you want to play.

on lvl 25 i only have 7 pills the green one is missing
