MULTIPLAYER: How to join / create a lobby

In the game press your mousewheel [standard] to join your smartphone.
Choose the Online App (1st app in the 2nd row).
Now you can choose between several different online modes such as:
- free game (1-8 players)
- 1on1 modes (street race, hacking, observation)

***NOTE***:
watch_dogs combines singleplayer and multiplayer in one mode. There are two possibilities to play online
in multiplayer:

- Create / join a free game (1-8 players) to play without any challenges or missions.
Just steal cars, drive around, explore the city, do some heists, hack smartphones of civilians, ect...
May you know that fun mode from the GTA IV Multiplayer mode ;-)

- Challenge another player in one of several different challenge types such as online hacking, street racing,
or hidden observation.

Important: You need to enable live online invasion in your settings to receive challenges from other players!
In the main screen of watch_dogs go to settings -> online and enable the last tab called "online invasions".
If you don't want to get challenged and disturbed while you're playing the campaign you can disable that option.
Although you disabled that option you're still able to invite or challange other players.

@Hippie Chips: First of all, Ubisoft had some server problems tonight as well. But I think your real problem is located in your online settings. In the main screen in watch_dogs, choose settings / online. The last point (online invitations) must be activated to receive online invitations and challenges while you're playing singple player campain. If this option is deactivated you won't receive any inviration from your friends.

@//ArcitcWolf: Unfortunately no... Ubisoft had some server problems tonight. First Uplay was down, after Multiplayer was down. Try it again tommorrow and perhaps it will work. I was in a multiplayer lobby this afternoon with 2 friends without any problems... keep it up :-)

I got a problem.. whenever i host a private game session and invite friends they get session is unavailable, anyone know how to fix this? .-.

Hey... MP is working but I think there are too less players with the multiplayer skill online. You have to "unlock" your multiplayer skills before you can play online... and finally, I think there are too less players in multiplayer-mode... If you get a pink challenge, it is a MP challenge from another player. Fixer jobs are blue, multiplayer jobs are pink :-)
