mounted .50 cal script (plus mounted minigun script)

so i noticed there are not many script mods for the .50 cal, which is rather disappointing really, so i made my own with the help of the mod listed above

what this changes:
-overheat time (maximum time you can shoot before overheating) decreased to 12, was 15
-cooldown time (the amount of time it takes for the gun to cool down) significantly reduced to 7 seconds, the default was a whole freaking minute, who got time to sit around and wait for that?
-rate of fire increased by 50%

i would increase the damage, however the only (simple) way to do this is to increase common infected health, so if you were to set z_health (common infected hp) to 25, the dmg for the .50 cal would be 25. I found this out one time while messing around with the admin system lol, but anyways:

but since the minigun is pretty much already good on its cooldown and stuff, i just upgraded the damage per minute from 48000 (default) to 70000, simple enough. i also increased fire rate from 1500 (default) to 3000 as well because eh
