This was an early placeholder for the Balloon Zombie, Only legitimately encountered in the Doom & Bloom December 2nd 2008 build, due to a glitch with the ZomBontany mini-game

Dog Walking Zombie

A zombie that was completely removed, only encountered in the December 02 2008 build due to the same bug
