How to fix: Game crashed/Not launching on some intel users

Due to Azur Lane using Unreal Engine 4.21, This version have knows bug on Intel Apollo Lake or later CPU issue.
When user using Intel Apllo Lake or later, game wont start.

Intel Workaround

This workaround for Intel users.

Start > Command Prompt (Run as admin)
then type

 setx OPENSSL_ia32cap ~0x20000000 

restart Steam and try to start game again, Game will start normally without crashes.
Dev need to update game into Unreal Engine 4.22 to resolve CPU SHA bug.
