Builds for dodge enjoyers

Builds, they are dsod viable if you care about that stuff.

Lets do this

Hacker and Sicario are the best dodge perk decks and they are interchangeable in a lot of builds use which one you like more. They also don't need inspire aced.

I like sicario more so its the default choice for me. You don't have to follow this guide 100% accurately if you feel like you don't need a skill and would rather use something else instead just change it. These are my builds and are made for my playstyle.

I like to use hacker in 5> concealment builds with sneaky bastard and sicario in everything else.

How to play hacker and sicario:

Hacker:
You have high dodge chance but you are not invincible, this allows you to play aggressively and be mobile. If you need healing or need safety use your ECM. You can use your ECM's almost whenever you feel like it because you have 2 and their cooldown is reduced every time you get a kill. Your health is also increased. WARNING the ecm might not always work and cloakers are immune to it

Sicario:
You start with low dodge but you get 20% more dodge every time you get hit. Every time you dodge your armor recovers, you can use this and bullseye to armor gate and protect your health. The smoke bomb increases your perk decks effects and your dodge it doesnt make you invincible but it makes everything much safer combine this with a first aid kit and you can do anything safely. the smoke bomb has a high cooldown it is reduced every time you get a kill but its not enough to make it spammable. you can use the bomb in very creative ways or you can ignore it and use something else. WARNING every dodge resets your dodge be careful around turrets and dozers with miniguns or lmgs

I dont like using the 5/7 ap pistol in a setup like this, it's nice to have a secondary with better ammo pickup after dozers steal your ammo. You can use the ap pistol and remove shock and ave ace and get something else. You can also switch to the Igor pistols and the Gruber, the Igors do a ton of damage but their ammo pickup is signifigantly worse don't use the ap pistol with them if you dont have ammo bags. Gruber is great because it has slightly more concealment than the Crosskill.

CR805B's reach 100 acc 100 stab and they have higher rate of fire. Basically a straight upgrade to the Jackals. Micro uzi can be modded for higher accuracy but it costs crit chance. these weapons have high rate of fire so Losing 3% crit isn't a big deal. It deals less damage than Mark 10 but the high rate of fire makes up for it and it has a really high ammo pickup too.
I should have made these the "main" weapons with pictures and stuff i just wanted to give a shoutout to the jackals they are terrible and need love OVK pls buff and fix.

Revolvers are good at killing invidual enemies they are bad at killing groups of enemies be patient and don't rush into danger.
You can replace the secondary with the Rus-12 and stay under 5 detection if you give the akimbo Frenchman a concealment boost, then you can remove shock and ave ace and get something else.
Gun nut can also be removed the rate of fire increase is fun but unnecessary.
Hacker might be a better perk deck for this build, the stun is great if you have trouble aiming.

You can use any Sniper rifle with this build. Other snipers that you should try

Rattlesnake/R700
don't use a silencer or you wont 1 hit kill DS heavy swats in 1 shot,
total ammo boost is great but you can use anything except concealment,
you can use any gadget led combo is pretty much the best one,
i recommend using a small sight like the speculator sight high zoom sight are viable choices in maps that have long sightlines,
stock choices dont do anything in this kind of build choose which looks the best to you

R93:
^same as the above but you can use a silencer

You can also use any smg. snipers can easily kill everything except dozers, smgs kill them easily with crits, as long as its not a low dmg smg. don't worry you have unseen strike to get crits.

How to use unseen Strike:
The in game description is confusing. after you get hit avoid damage for 4 seconds then you have 35% crit chance for 4 seconds or longer if you aced the skill

M1014 and Predator 12G are basically the same weapon but M1014 has higher rate of fire and predator has better looks. As mentioned above M1014 has Higher rate of fire and dmg than the IZHMA so it can do high burst damage with crits, but it has to be reloaded 1 shot a time, so use bloodthirst aced. High hp dozers can be hard to kill, use your judge to remove their faceplates and then go for crits with M1014, this isn't very reliable on death sentence, unseen strike can be used to make it more reliable (this build doesn't have unseen strike) or you can use your melee when you have bloodthirst stacks.

Q: Are there any reasons to use this over akimbo Goliaths.
A:No.

AK17 is a strong gun to balance this Overkill made its ammo pickup bad so you are going to use your secondary like a primary. You can use any ammo efficient smg I chose the AK because its my favourite, Mark 10 is a great non dlc option. AK gen 21 is basically an assault rifle if it was it would be a top tier choice its only weakness is the lack of speedpull mag.

There are multiple sniper rifles that can be used in this kind of setup try them all to find your favourites (Contractor, Lebensauger and Desertfox). your smg choice is also flexible. You should choose a smg that allows you to have below 25 concealment. Its ok to sacrifice your smg's stats because your sniper does most of the work and the smg is just for emergencies/dozers.

Be careful dont blow yourself up. You can replace the gruber with any pistol that allows you to stay below 5 concealment i recommend trying the Croskill guard because its a sidegrade and the parabellum because it destroys dozers. deagle and baby deagle also work.

Bloodthirst aced with grenade launchers is a fun build and i recommend trying it
heres a version with it. Remember to use a high dmg melee like the ice pick.

AK Gen 21s do a lot of damage and they have good ammo pickup too but they dont have speedpull mags, thankfully lock n' load is here to save them. the RUS-12 gets outclassed by the 5/7 but it looks cool so i wanted to use it. Killing dozers requires a lot of bullets if you get unlucky with crits, so use this build on maps where you can get ammo boxes safely because you dont have a secondary to rely on.
