You can run any PROGRESSBASIC program, simple or complex. You can use the examples in the HELP tab.

Progress Servers

Server room
Unlock a server
After unlocking the Progressbar 98 skin, open that skin and click the IDLE icon on the desktop.

Server administrator
Collect all server systems
Open IDLE Network window by clicking the IDLE icon on the desktop. By clicking on the first computer in a line, you can see from which progressbar skin you can unlock the server. You have to unlock all of the servers to get the achievement. List below contains all the servers and progressbar skins in which you can unlock them:

Bagdes

Pro
Get the Pro badge
You can get the pro badge by reaching a certain level on any skin. The required levels in progressbar skins are different for any skin, usually it's between level 10 and 60 (BarOS skins require level 70 or higher). The required level is higher with each newer progressbar skin.

Expert
Get the Expert badge
You can get the expert badge by reaching level 100 on any skin.

Master
Get the Master badge
You can get the master badge by reaching level 250 on any skin.

Adept
Get the Adept badge
You can get the adept badge by reaching level 500 on any skin.

Grand
Get the Grand badge
You can get the grand badge by reaching level 1000 on any skin.

Gameplay

Catch a dog
Catch your first dog
Obtainable on easy, normal and hardcore mode.
The dog has a chance to appear with a pop-up above him. Simply click the button on the pop-up. The dog is pretty common and grants a random amount of points.

Lady Bug
Find a bug
Obtainable on a desktop (no need to play).
The bug is very visible and looks like a ladybug. Look for it by opening windows (settings, load save, mail and so on). After finding it, just click on it.

Ball
Ping a ball
Obtainable on easy, normal and hardcore mode.
A ball has a chance to appear and will fall down. You can bounce off the ball with your bar.
The Ball is uncommon and grants a small amount of points with each bounce.

Checklist
Complete all challenges
Obtainable on any mode / gamemode.
There are 3 daily challenges. Complete all of them to get the achievement. You don't have to do them in order.

Scanner
Use scan progress successfully
Obtainable on any mode / gamemode.
After failing a level, use a scan progress. Spam click the button or [space] key to reach the middle of the bar. After that you can continue a level like nothing happened.

First upgrade
Get your first computer upgrade
Obtainable on any mode / gamemode.
You can get the first computer upgrade by earning points. Nothing much to say about it.

Dead pixel
A pixel in a haystack
Obtainable on a desktop.
Dead pixel will randomly spawn on your desktop and will flash in various colours. Just click on it.
The pixel is uncommon and grants 5000 points.

Strong sufferance
Don't close popups in Hardcore mode
Obtainable on hardcore mode.
This one is self explainatory and may take a while but there's an easier way to do it: Look for a "God Mode" or "Only Blue" cheat code and activate it in ProgressDOS. Then play a level on hardcore mode. You get the achievement after beating the level.

Sliding puzzle
Solve a puzzle
Obtainable on easy, normal or hardcore mode.
Open Progressbar Wista or Progressbar Largehorn skin (both of them will work), then play a level. The sliding puzzle will be on the right. Solve the puzzle before beating the level.

Catch eye
Get a bonus from the heart
Obtainable on any mode / gamemode
There's a life counter in the upper-right corner with a heart icon. There's a random chance that there will be an eye on the heart. If there is one, click on it.
The eye grants a random amount of points.

Mission possible
Beat impossible difficulty playing high stages
Obtainable on Progressbar NOT 3.60 and Progressbar NOT 4.0 skin
Before playing a level, set everything to fast / high. Turn on pop-ups and level puzzles. Turn off the utilities, then complete the level without losing.
Note that you can get this achievement while already having level 6 or higher on a skin
To make the challenge easier: Before starting a level, look for a "God Mode" or "Only Blue" cheat code and activate it in ProgressDOS.

Ctrl+Alt+Del
Collect keys
Obtainable on easy, normal or hardcore mode.
A keys such as: Ctrl, Alt, Del will appear randomly. You have to click on them in that exact order. Collected keys save between levels. After getting all of them, click on Processes icon on the desktop while playing a level.
Stopping certain processes grants you points.

[Hidden] Don't panic!
Emotional support
Obtainable on BarOS 10 skin or higher.
After failing a level, there will be Kernel in the center of the screen (small computer guy) telling you he has a panic attack. After clicking him, there will be 2 buttons. Click the one that says: Don't panic!
He'll then calm down and you'll get the achievement.

Y2K bug
Year 2000 problem
Obtainable on a desktop.
Open Progressbar Chitown skin. Then open setting and in the language tab, change the year to 2000.

Singularity
Let AI to complete a level
Obtainable on easy, normal or hardcore mode.
Open Progressbar 12 skin and start a level. There will be a "StupidAI" window below the progress bar with commands such as: catch blue, avoid red, shoot popup and so on. Control the progress bar via these commands. if there's no window, click "StupidAI" below Menu icon on the desktop and win the level.

Perfectionist
Fill a progress bar without errors
FIll the entire bar with blue segments only.




[Hidden] Nonconformist
Do an about-turn
Fill the entire bar with yellow segments only.




95%
Almost perfect!
Fill the bar with blue segments but the last segment must be yellow.




5%
95% of yellow
Fill the bar with yellow segments but the last segment must be blue.




Tube
Blue filling
FIll the bar with blue segments but the first and last segments must be yellow. Counts to Symmetry achievement.




Anti tube
Yellow filling
Fill the bar with yellow segments but the first and last segments must be blue. Counts to Symmetry achievement.




Morse
95 in Morse code
FIll the bar with blue segments to 40%. Then collect yellow, blue, yellow, blue, etc.




Symmetry
Create a symmetric composition
First half of the bar must be the same as the second half, but mirrored (see the solution below).

Two stripes
Make a pattern
1. Fill the bar with blue segments to 40%
2. Collect 1 yellow segment,
3. Collect 2 blue segments,
4. Collect 1 yellow segment,
5. Collect only blue segments to the end.




Yin and yang
Create a yin and yang pattern
Blue and yellow segments must equal to 50%. The easiest way to do this is just fill the first half with blue segments, then the second half with yellow. (or see another solution below)

Harmonic perfection
Perfect Yin and yang
1. Fill the bar with blue segments to 25%,
2. Collect 1 yellow segment,
3. Collect 4 blue segments,
4. Collect 4 yellow segments,
5. Collect 1 blue segment,
6. Collect only yellow segments to the end.




Zebra
Create stripes
Collect blue segment, then yellow, blue, yellow, etc.




[Hidden] Pink is a new blue
Complete a pink progressbar
Fill the entire bar with pink segments only.




[Hidden] NULL
NULL
Fill the entire bar with gray segments only.




Outer space
Get extra percentages
When you have 95% of the progress (type of segments doesn't matter), try to catch the 2x or 3x light blue segment.

Collect only random/? segments. This segment type only appears on easy, normal or hardcore mode.

Matrix
Play Matrix game mode
Complete the Matrix mode. You can play this mode after achieving the pro bagde on a skin or randomly get it by playing easy, normal or hardcore mode.

Firewall commander
Play Progress Defender game mode
Complete the Progress Defender mode. You can unlock this game mode by getting a pro badge on Progressbar 95 plus.

Minesweeper
Play Progress sweeper game mode
Complete the Progress Sweeper mode. You can unlock this game mode by getting a pro badge on Progressbar 95 skin.

3D space
Play 3D screensaver game mode
Complete the 3D Screensaver mode. You can play this mode after achieving the pro bagde on a skin or randomly get it by playing easy, normal or hardcore mode.

Progresstein 3D
Play Progresstein 3D game mode
Complete the Progresstein 3D mode. This game mode is playable from Progressbar 3.14 to newer skins.

My Own Rules
Play a custom game mode
Complete the custom game mode. You can do this only on Progressbar NOT 3.60 or Progressbar NOT 4.0.

ROYGBIV
Collect color spectrum
Complete the Color mode. You can do this on BarOS 7 skin or higher.

Progressolitaire
Play a card game
Complete the Progressolitaire mode. This game mode is playable from Progressbar 95 plus to newer skins.

Screensaver
Let the screensaver go
Start a Progress Pipes game mode and don't do anything for a few seconds.

DOS bonus
Get a DOS bonus
Look for a Bonus.exe file and open it.

Easter egg
Find a secret
Look for an Easteregg.exe file and open it.

DOS digger
Explore more than five layers of directories
Open the fifth layer of folders.

10000 DOS points
Get more than 10000 points in DOS
Look for Bonus.exe and Easteregg.exe files for the points. Get 10 000 points in total.

50000 DOS points
Get more than 50000 points in DOS
Look for Bonus.exe and Easteregg.exe files for the points. Get 50 000 points in total.

Fair play
Remove a cheat
Look for the Cheats.txt file. Then simply type: DEL cheats.txt. Alternatively if you have cheats.txt on a desktop, drag it to the bin.

HEX
Unlock encrypted folder
Look for a folder that require encrypting, then encrypt it. Enter the reiteration.



Colors
Use a color code
Open ProgressDOS and enter "color F0". There will be a 2-character code in the upper-right corner of the ProgressDOS.


1. Go to C:/progressbar and open colorcode.exe.
2. Enter the 2-character code there.

SYSCODE
Find a system code
After restarting a system in Progressbar category, a window will appear with some information. One of them is the SYS code we need. The SYS code is a 3-digit code and it's randomized every time you open the game. The SYS code is located here:


1. Open any skin.
2. Open ProgressDOS.
3. Go to C:/progressbar and open syscode.exe.
4. Enter the 3-digit code.

RMRF
Clean without question
1. Open BarOS 10 skin or higher.
2. Open Terminus.
3. Enter: RM -RF.

Lorem ipsum
Latine thesaurum istum
Look for a text file that's written in latin. There should be 3 words at the end of the text file. Those words are numbers in latin. Translate them into normal numbers.

I just found out, that all systems required for server administrator are listed in-game in the Idle app when clicking on the first computer of each row. Might be useful to add on this achievement (e.g. in case you don't know which one you're missing).
