How to enable PlayStation Controller Icons with DS4

You can enjoy PlayStation Controller icons with a plugged DUALSHOCK4 or DualSense

1) Plug your DUALSHOCK4 or DualSense Controller via USB

2) Right Click your game in you Library

3) In Properties, make sure Steam Input is disabled

In Controller, you can use the default settings, you should see a blue circle next to PlayStation

4) Launch the game and you should have PlayStation Controller icons, making the QTEs much easier!

From my experience, unless you use mods, you won't be able to change the icons with a wireless connection...

I was wondering if there's a way to make the icons appear without connecting it with USB. I mean with wireless. I was looking on the internet many times how to change the layouts in the game from XBOX layouts into PS4 layouts but never found anything. I was able to change Naruto storm 4 layouts into PS4. but Demon slayer, I guess there's no Layouts change but only through a USB. hope there will be a solution like Ultimate ninja storm 4 has. Thank you.

Make sure none of the boxes are checked in controller settings when in big picture mode. After that try loading the game through BPM after following the steps that @Griever instructs us to take. It worked for me after using doing that. Shame it doesn't work wirelessly but this will suffice until someone comes out with a GUI mod.

I'm using a genuine PS4 dual shock controller, but in games, it's recognized as an X box.

Is the Controller detected in the properties?
You might need to disable any software that you were using for the controller
