Rules 1 - 500
Rule #1
The Killer is always wrong. No exceptions.

Rule #2
The Survivors are always right. No exceptions.

Rule #3
The Killer is always overbuffed. No exceptions.

Rule #4
The Survivor is always overnerfed. No exceptions.

Rule #5
The Killer is not allowed to DC (disconnect) in matches

Rule #6
The Survivors are allowed to DC (Disconnect) in matches when certain conditions are met. When that happens, see rule #48.

Rule #7
Under no circumstances may the Killer dodge or leave the lobby. It will be considered as DC (Disconnecting). No exceptions.

Rule #8
As soon as the match starts, the Killer must announce who they are by whatever means necessary.

Rule #9
The Killer must ALWAYS let the last Survivor exit through the hatch.

Rule #14
If the Killer is successfully pallet-looped by the chased Survivor, the Killer can henceforth be referred to as an Idiot and deserves everything they get.

Rule #22
The Killer cannot interrupt a survivor healing another survivor. It is unfair.

Rule #23
The Killer cannot interrupt a survivor mending or healing themselves. It is unfair.

Rule #30
If it glows, it goes. No exceptions.

Rule #39
Any Killer that finds a Survivor within the first minute of the game can henceforth be referred to as a Hacker and deserves everything they get. No exceptions.

Rule #48
Killers must let all remaining Survivors escape if one or more Survivors have left the match prematurely. No exceptions.

Rule #50
A killer may never hit a teabagging survivor. - @The Holy Peanut

Rule #53
Any Killer that enters within a 25 meters range of a hooked Survivor can henceforth be referred to as a Camper and deserves everything they get. No exceptions.

Rule #54
A: After hooking a Survivor, the Killer must immediately leave the area and stand in a corner, EVEN if they see another survivor and/or scratch marks at the Hook. No exceptions.

B: It is then mandatory for the Killer to start staring at a wall for a minimum duration of 30 second.

Rule #55
The Killer may NEVER chase after and/or attack a Survivor that has been previously hooked until they have hooked another survivor. No exceptions.

Rule #56
Any Killer that chases someone he has already injured, hooked, or used an ability on before, can henceforth be referred to as a Tunneler and deserves everthing they get. No exceptions.

Rule #106
A: Whenever a Killer sees a group of Survivors around a generator, the Killer must only chase the uninjured ones.

B: If all Survivors are uninjured, the killer will only chase the Survivor stepping forward to start a looping.

C: If all Survivors are injured, the Killer must run in the middle and scatter them. After that they shall spend a minimum of 5 seconds without moving before deciding who to follow.

Rule #173
Killers with ranged special attacks may never wait for a survivor to be locked in an animation in order to use their power and get a guaranteed hit as it is unfair and unbalanced, no exceptions. @KMS Warfrenzy

Moris are overpowered and unfair, they should never be equipped under any circumstances. -

Rule #337
The killer has to respect Kobes. Even if it's deliverance. Holding M1 on hook is a skill that the killer is invalidating by immediately slapping the survivors on the floor. - @rev

The killer isn't allowed to choose a map that is killer sided or is good for that killer as it is unfair and unbalanced, no exceptions. @your local steve main here

Rule #454
The survivors are allowed to choose maps that are survivor sided or is good for the survivors as it is fair and balanced, no exceptions. - @The Holy Peanut

Rule #456
When in a looping chase, the Killer should NEVER take advantage of a Survivor that makes a mistake.

Rule #458
When being baited by a flashlight or loud sounds, the Killer must always play along.

Rule #500
If survivors want to farm points in a match, the killer must cooperate with the survivors no exceptions. - @The Holy Peanut
Rules 501 - 550 concern the Trapper
Rule #501
The Trapper is OP and should be nerfed. No exceptions.

Rule #502
The Trapper must ALWAYS let a trapped Survivor go.

Rule #503
If a Survivor is caught in a trap, the Killer will be reported for cheating.

Rule #504
Any trap placed within 30 meters around a hooked survivor, a generator, a totem, a chest or a pallet is unfair.

Rule #505
If The Trapper has placed more than one traps, he is to be Referred to as a Camper and deserves everything he gets.

Rule #550
Traps are gay. No exceptions.
Rules 551 - 600 concern the Wraith
Rule #551
The Wraith is OP and should be nerfed. No exceptions.

Rule #552
The Wraith must NEVER use the "Coxcombed Clapper", it is unfair and unbalanced.

Rule #560
Invisibility is for cowards. No exceptions.

Rule #599
The wraith must always use “The Beast” Soot if going invisible.
Rules 601 - 650 concern the Hillbilly
Rule #601
The hillbilly may never use the chainsaw, as it is unbalanced and unfair.
Rules 651 - 700 concern the Nurse
Rule #651
The Nurse isn't allowed to blink more than twice, anything more is unbalanced and unfair.

Rule #658
The Nurse cannot use add-ons that reduce her post-blink exhaustion.

Rule #666
The Nurse can't use any aura reading perks (Undying, Nurses Calling, etc.) or they are wall hacking and deserve everything they get. - @TehFlashBang
Rules 701 - 750 concern the Hag
Rule #701
The Hag stinks.

Rule #702
The Hag isn't allowed to teleport for the first five times her trap activates.

Rule #709
A: If The Hag places a trap within 20 meters of the basement, the hag must go into the corner of the map to shame themselves for 2 minutes. @The Holy Peanut

B: If The Hag places a trap inside of the basement, all survivors are allowed to DC and shame the killer in endgame chat. @The Holy Peanut

Rule #711
The Hag can NOT place her trap in front of a hooked survivor. No exceptions.

Rule #746
The Survivors are allowed to erase every single trap the Hag makes. The Hag can NEVER replace those traps. Batteries are expensives.

Rule #750
The Hag is the trolliest, campiest, stupidest most disgusting killer.
Rules 751 - 800 concern the Doctor
Rule #751
The Doctor's treatment is NOT working.

Rule #752
The Doctor's laugh is not funny.

Rule #753
The Doctor's face is dumb.

Rule #762
If a Survivors has reached Madness tier 3, the Doctor must stop chasing the concerned Survivor until they have returned to normal.

Rule #777
If the map is the Gideon Meat Plant, the survivors are allowed to disconnect.

Rule #778
If the map is Midwich, the survivors are allowed to dc. @The Holy Peanut

Rule #779
If the doctor is using an impossible skillcheck build, the survivors may dc. @The Holy Peanut
Rules 801 - 850 concern the Huntress
Rule #803
Hitting a hatchet while vaulting a pallet or window is very toxic and unfair. - @Pidgeon

Rule #808
When playing a ranged killer, you are not allowed any use of add-ons. Ranged abilities are already OP enough. This is especially true for Huntress iri-heads - it is required to uninstall the game if iri-heads are used. - @The Cherubic One
Rules 851 - 900 concern the Pig
Rule #854
if the survivor group is not a SWF, the pig must not place RBTs on anyone until the last gen is finished, otherwise randoms may inadvertently kill other survivors. - @The Holy Peanut

Rule #863
Every Pig must go friendly if a survivor tries to boop the snoot. - @The Holy Peanut
Rules 1001 - 1050 concern the Shape
Rule #1002
Myers may not use the tombstone piece or Judith's tombstone addon while also using the fragrant tuft of hair addon. - @The Holy Peanut

Rule #1050
Myers is not allowed to grab unaware survivors off generators that is abusing his undetectable state at the start of the match. @slug in tub
Rules 1201 - 1250 concern the Nemesis
Rule #1243
The Nemesis must let survivors go if they get hit by the zombies. No Exceptions. - @The Holy Peanut

Rule #1244
If The Nemesis uses a zombie to stop a survivor from wiggling out or using decisive strike, they are a tunneler and deserve everything that happens to them. - @The Holy Peanut
Rules 1251 - 1300 concern the The Mastermind
Rule #1269
Anyone with a Wesker thirst name is not allowed to be killed by any means when playing Wesker. You must do everything in your power to let them get hatch/survive. - @The Cherubic One
Rules 1501 - 1578 concern the Survivor Perks
Rule #1501
The Killer cannot complain about the "Sprint Burst" Perk, it is fair and balanced.

Rule #1502
The Killer cannot complain about the "Dead Hard" Perk, it is fair and balanced.

Rule #1503
The Killer cannot complain about the "Self Care" Perk, it is fair and balanced.

Rule #1504
The Killer cannot complain about the "Adrenaline" Perk, it is fair and balanced.

Rule #1505
The Killer cannot complain about the "Decisive Strike" Perk, it is fair and balanced.
Rules 1801 - 1850 concern the Blight
Rule #1801
Blight's Iridescent Tag addon is op and should not be used. No exceptions. @The Holy Peanut
Rules 1901 - 1950 concern the Ghost Face

Survivors that reveal Ghostface are not to be targeted, as it is unfair. @BonJoviWanKenobi

Rule #1902
The Killer must give all marked Survivors a twenty second head start before pursuing them. @BonJoviWanKenobi
Rules 1951 - 2000 concern the Executioner
Rule #1964
The Executioner must NEVER force a Survivor into being tormented. No exceptions. @doctordeityttv

Rule #1965
If a Survivor is tormented, the Executioner must NEVER send them to a cage/mori them. No exceptions. @doctordeityttv
Rules 2001 - 2050 concern the Plague
Rule #2004
If the Plague comes across a Survivor in an area in which they are cornered, she must allow the survivor to leave the area without vomiting on them.

Rule #2005
The Plague can not attack a Survivor while they're cleansing themselves. Pervert.

Rule #2006
Whenever the Plague chases multiple survivors and has Corrupt Purge active, she will attack no more than one.

Rule #2007
A: The only time the Plague is allowed to infect a generator is when there are no Survivors in 50 meters around it.

B: If there are only three generators left, the Plague CANNOT infect a generator.
Rules 2051 - 2100 concern the Legion
Rule #2051
The Legion is not allowed to have high camera sensitivity setting. Turning fast when pallet-sliding is unfair and unbalanced.

Rule #2064
The Legion can only use flashy outfits so as no to be mistaken for a Survivor. No exceptions.
Rules 2101 - 2150 concern the Nightmare
Rule #2101
The Nightmare may only pull Survivors in a dream after he sees them consenting by buttdancing ten times.

Rule #2143
The Nightmare CANNOT use Dream Pallets, it is unfair and unbalanced.
Rules 2151 - 10000
Rule #3159
A: The Survivors' post-game chats are never toxic, they are simply teaching the Killer how to play properly.

B: Any insults from the Survivors targeting the Killer are merely comical in nature and shouldn't be taken personally.

Rule #3160
The Killer cannot report Survivors for what was said in the post-game chat.

Rule #3161
The Survivors can report the Killer for what he has said in the post-game chat.

Rule #3162
If the Killer has not said anything in the post-game chat, Survivors may reporting for unsporting behaviour.

Rule #3825
Killers are not allowed to use even remotely strong perks, they must use meme builds each time or even go perkless. @Sokoyo OwO

Rule #5871
If a Killer does manage to kill any or all survivors, they must confess what rules they broke.

Rule #5872
Survivors do not have to do bones, but they can still complain about NOED (No One Escapes Death).

Rule #6237
If a Killer succeeds in baiting a Survivor into using his "Dead Hard", the Killer isn't allowed to swing at the concerned Survivor until "Dead Hard" has cooled down.

Rule #10000
Under no circumstances may the Killer offer plausible arguments in his defence concerning ANY of the rules listed in this book. No exceptions.

rules 2251-2255 concern the ghoul.

rule 2251: anyone who uses the ghoul is an exploiter, sweaty, and toxic.

rule 2252: ghoul requires no skill, this is irrefutable.

rule 2253: finding out that your round will be played against a ghoul allows all survivors to disconnect at no fault of the survivors.

rule 2254: giving up on first hook as ghoul is completely excusable, no exceptions.

rule 2255: ghoul will always need more nerfs, no exceptions.

Rule 2202: The Dark Lord cannot look at the auras of scent orbs to find survivors after losing them in chase. That negates the skill of the survivor and is not allowed.

Rule 2225: The Dark Lord may only use the addon “Alucards Shield” when playing a meme build and intending to make a slug race look cooler.

Rule 2250: The Dark Lord must spare any lobby with an Alucard in it, unless the Alucard points at a specific survivor 3 times in a row, at which point the Dark Lord is allowed to hunt down that survivor specifically.

Rule 2152: The Ghoul is not allowed to use his power to go over pallets.
Rule 2161: The Ghoul cannot use his power to close in on survivors.

Rule 1918: The Ghost Face cannot teabag survivors. That is toxic.

Rules 2201-2250 concern the Dark Lord
Rule 2201: The Dark Lord cannot use the bat teleport function, it makes him too hard to track.
Rule 2203: The Dark Lord cannot attack any survivors if they boop his snoot in dog form.

Rules 2251-2300 concern the Houndmaster.
Rule 2261: The Houndmaster cannot attack survivors that want to pet their dog. Thats mean.

Rules 2301-2350 concern the Demogorgon.
Rule 2301: The Demogorgon cannot attack survivors that want to pet it. Thats mean.

Rule 2999 concerns the Cenobite
Rule 2999: Killers cannot play the Cenobite since its license has been removed.

Rule 3157: Any time a survivor refers to something as a "tech" it is automatically an impressive feat that the killer must respect.
Rule 3157-B: Anything considered a "tech" is also no longer an exploit, but a legitimate tactic that the killer must respect.
