luck myth or legend?

well to begin with, sorry for my English, I experimented with the Luk issue by creating 2 characters, one I gave him 12 luk and the rest in stats to be able to fight and the other character I gave him 1 luk and the rest in combat stats, the result was that with 1 luk the drop of the items was practically the same amount as the one with 12 luk, now with the new update I am not sure if that changes, but from my experience with both characters really the luk does not influence in absolutely nothing.

With 1.0 you need gear that has modifier that increases rate of crystals dropping.
With higher luck the skills that influences your drop rate might be better.

If you go pure luck your fighting ability plummets which makes actually getting kills to drop items harder to do.

i made a character with over 41 luck and it had a slight effect on how many blue gems i got

How much luck do you have? I have like 15 luck, +9 if I equip the goblin mace, and I get Goldens and blues more often (from enemy drops.) Plus, about 1 or 2 purples each level.

also this is way later. but i found i got way better quality over quantity when i made a pure luk build :)
i got like... 10? items in a day. 3 being that thors hammer. 1 castlebreaker. 1 altair shield. the bow shield that helps u aim. the wood bow with 3 shot. and the spike/dagger. yes all in like a few days. granted i did play nearly nonstop. and rushed floors quickly. just spamming thors hammer and breaking pots with my bow.

LUK only affects quality. not quantity.
if u want double drops invest in the perk called : lucky day. 0.1% per LUK to get more item drops.
its not a lot. but it would be broken if it was better.
still on a pure luck build u can get like 3% double item drop rate. from stats alone

i think they said luk still needs fixing or something i forgot, but maybe it only affects the stuff you get at the store? its kinda lame either way though. it should increase critcal rate atleast
