How to Scale Match Architectural Reference Drawings

I see people dragging cubes and scaling rasterized reference images alot to match their scale within blenders 3d space.
I made this guide showing a method that only requires lining up a single edge with a dimension line on the drawing and then simply using these values in the Scale field of the reference.
