Homer Simpson chokes out the competition!

I'm back, probably, and here's a dumb mod. Heavily based on the famous MUGEN mod, because I figured it'd be a fun character to recreate. Enjoy Homer, made by someone who hasn't watched The Simpsons in over a decade. Maybe there'll be more in the future? Who knows. I don't.

Homer is a heavyset rushdown character with heavy focus on using his grounded normals for movement and his aerials to rack up damage, with fast, heavy-hitting strong attacks and below-average recovery.

Neutral Special - Kinetic Donut
Homer throws a donut. Basic projectile, flies very slowly through the air. Good for mix-ups, and it's very easy to sync an attack with the projectile hitting an opponent.

Side Special - Strangle
Homer lunges forward. If you miss, he will be left in prat-fall. If the attack connects, Homer will strangle the opponent before launching off of them with a punt, giving him great horizontal momentum through the air to supplement his sluggish air-speed.

Up Special - Woohoo Whirlwind
Homer does a spin, propelling himself upwards. He has horizontal control during the attack, allowing him to recover easier. Enemies hit by the attack will be dragged into it, ensuring every hit connects. Its quick windup makes it a good tool to harass opponents with slow attacks and makes it easier to use it to end combos.

Down Special - Makeup Gun
Homer fires his makeup shotgun (set to ♥♥♥♥♥) at the opponent. While it's a slow attack, it deals very heavy damage and pretty good knockback, as well as blowing Homer backwards if you're stupid enough to use it to recover.
