In save 5 i talked to Lilly and Niki before completing the car parts and taking the drive to mechanic. ill list in the order i did it.

Go to the Kitchen and talk to Niki
Go to Living Room and talk to Lily.

Go to the Garage and buy everything in the shop (accessible via phone). You should have more than enough money to buy everything from there if you've followed the guide so far.

Must of tried 6 different ways from save 4 till i picked up the money on rocks. Weather this made a difference idk. Could of just been a bug idk Hope this helps

For some reason i wasn't able to complete "Errand Boy 3" until i think picking up $ outside in save 5 allowed me to achieve this achievement. Followed the guide to a T. Started at save 4 all the way to the end answering all the truth or dare.

In save 5 the dialogue for picking up the $ inst listed
