Gameplay and Maps
After the in-game tutorial is over, you may be a little confused as to how to proceed. The first thing you need to be aware of is that with the left, right and up arrows you move your character and the down arrow would be the "Use" button which allows you to activate traps, push other players, view text on interactive boards, collect items from backpacks in the floor or climbing the rope.

The player's objective is to collect the available coins on the maps, and if available the blue gem too, after completing these objectives the player can go back to the rope and use the down arrow to climb it, earning points and the collected coins, your points and collected coins appear in the upper right interface, where the purple coin would be your points.

One room has rounds, consisting of 9 maps in all. Every 3 maps have a unique biome that can be seen in the middle of the upper interface. After the end of a round, the four highest-scoring players fight each other to retrieve the lost ruby, a red gem that turns the player who collects it into a spirit, so everyone plays the final phase against a spirit who has the objective of preventing the advance of players activating traps by touching them, after finishing a round as a spirit, the player receives a special title and a steam achievement.

After the end of a round and the end of the spirit map, the map that everyone calls the lobby or "hotel" appears, this map will be better explained below.

Maps

On the lobby map, all players are born on the hotel roof, and can use the elevator to descend to the hotel floors, players have a time of approximately 40 seconds to talk to the NPCs available on this map.

This map appears before the start of the round and every 3 maps after the start of the round so players can choose their curses. At point number 1 is where all players are born, at point 2 is where you can interact with NPCs Sallah and Marion, and point 3 is where you can choose one of the 3 curses to play by pressing down arrow on the pillar of desired curse.
Curses and NPCs
Curses are a complement to the game, they are active every time a player chooses a curse and dies as a human being thus reborn. All players start with the curse of the Mummy, which has the power to be reborn infinite times and curse the treacherous that killed you, playing with the curses you gain experience that serves to raise the level of that curse thus releasing rewards at each level, you can always choose your reward ranging from titles to skills. There are currently two curses that can only be unlocked by DLC, respectively The Sorcerer and The Vampire, the others are unlocked as you level up using the previous curses.

NPCs
Marion

Regardless of which map Marion is on, interacting with this NPC opens the curse window where you can unlock rewards and check information about them.

Sallah

When interacting with this NPC a window opens where you can buy Hats, Jackets, Pants and the Tomb Rumble Medal.

Marcus

This NPC only appears in the lobby, and when interacting with him a shop window opens where you can buy floors and walls, interior decoration and miscellaneous items to redecorate your home.

  • /profile [playerName] - Opens your profile window or another player's profile.
  • /room [roomName] - Create a room with the desired name, if the room already exists, enter it.

To use emojis as shown in the image above just press the E key + Number key, for example, pressing E + 8 produces the emote I'm using in the image above.
Interface
The first thing we can pay attention to is the top interface that appears after login, in this interface we have four buttons that serve to respectively: open the main menu, login to the discord server, edit your house and edit the controls.

Below you can see the main menu, where we have the option to go to the map editor, view the room list, go to the tutorial, view settings, edit controls, view credits and exit the game.

In this other image below we can see the control editor interface, where we can add a local player or change our character's action buttons.

Below is a screenshot of the bottom interface where you have access to chat, your profile and can see the amount of coins you have collected, the purple coin indicates your points in that round.

By clicking on your character's icon, you open the interface of your profile that is presented below, in it you can change your title, your gender, your clothes, your hairstyle and you can see your stats as well as the level of your curses and its rewards.

Below, you can see your character on the map, where you can see your nickname, title, the green bar indicates you can now push a player, the two squares next to the green box indicate your items collected from your backpacks or your curse abilities . The item I have current is given every time it enters the lobby map, it serves to teleport the player to the desired location, just press 1 to use this item.

In the two screenshots below, you can see that I've leveled up in the monkey's curse, so I have the option to choose one of the two rewards, both being abilities. In the second image you can see the amount of rewards that can still be released when leveling up in the mummy curse.
