Achievements - Missable

HOARDER
Have five items in your inventory at the same time.
You can only do this in the second chapter chapter of the game (Santa Maria Delle Grazie), in the second half of the chapter. I did it by gathering the handle, metal ornamental dome, lion head, special key and the winged key (as shown in the video).

EAGLE EYED
Finish the shell minigame in the third chapter on your first try.
Each time you attempt this puzzle, the pattern will be different from your previous attempt. The only tips I can give you are don't blink and restart the chapter if you miss one marble.

INTUITIVE ENGINEER
Finish the lift controls minigame in the fourth chapter without using Oculus.
This puzzle is fairly easy, all you have to do is move the 3 cogwheels into the correct position.

GENIUS LOCI
Find a ghost in the back of the scriptorium in the fifth chapter.
To unlock it, you need to go at the back of the scriptorium (in the Sacra Di San Michele chapter) and wait 60 seconds. The ghost will appear eventually for a short time and thus, unlocking the achievement.

BLIND FAITH
Finish the monstrance minigame in the fifth chapter without using Oculus.
As stated in the achievement description, you need to solve the monstrance puzzle in Sacra Di San Michele without using Oculus. Watch the video below for the solution:

ACTIVE READER
Finish the minigame in the book in abbot's chamber in the fifth chapter on your first try.
As stated in the achievement description, you need to solve the book puzzle in Sacra Di San Michele on your first try. If you miss 1 marble, restart the chapter. Watch the video below for an exemple:

BLINDED BY THE LIGHT
Finish the sun rays minigame in the final chapter without using Oculus.

Complete all sketches in your diary in all chapters.

Hoarding Achievement in Chapter 4: folding key, wheel with small frames, burnished brass object, dirty lens, and star shaped tool. Other than that, an excellent guide - very helpful!
