New Combat Core Kickstarter is live!

Release date: Early Access Q2 2016
Combat Core is a 3D arena fighting game that borrows elements from games like Power Stone, Custom Robo, and Super Smash Bros. Hyper-powered multiplayer combat with custom fighters, weapon pickups, powerups, and environmental hazards!

Players can battle from 1v1 up to 4-player battle royale or team modes. Using the character editor, players can create their own combatants with varying stats, attack, skills, unique appearance, and a custom core for new abilities and a power boost!

The game is currently local multiplayer with challenging bot AI opponents available. Online multiplayer, more content, and more modes are in development!

Combat Core development is currently in playable alpha, and planning to release an early-access build in 2015. Follow updates at

I have gotten some help, though! I'm not a studio, I literally have only the Kickstarter money to work with which is mostly used for music and art assets, I'm coding everything myself. And adding more people to help code would be a mess, honestly.

I'm very close to the Early Access release though, it won't be much longer!

It does. But, I don't think MABManZ should be objected to accepting more help. The more help he gets the more his game has potential to be as great as he'd like AND be released in a timely manner.

Game development, ESPECIALLY with a small team takes a long time! Tack on top of that the fact that this may be their first project. 2 years flies by in a snap. Besides, this guy has a practically flawless demo.

Played your demo at Magfest and of all the indie games there THIS ONE stuck out the most! I look forward to you implementing that "minor flaw" I mentioned :) Also recomended this game to a couple of my friends already! From one developer to another, I bid you good luck my friend!
