When King Reinhold comes to your shop he buys only:

• Uncommon (green),
  
• Rare (blue),
  
• Epic (purple) and
  
• Legendary (yellow) quality items.

If an item is locked, he can’t buy it; because the item must be present (unlocked) on a shelf in your shop. If you want to hide an item just lock it so you can’t sell it accidentally.

So you have to put only high price items on your shelves and don’t forget to enchant them to increase the income:

The highest priced item that you will find on the Marketplace may change depending on your level. So let’s get started by going to the Marketplace and find the most expensive item that you wanna sell to King Reinhold by Creating a Request:

Once you enter the “Create Request” page you will see a bunch of items. To see the most expensive one sort them by Value+ (bottom right corner):

In this case the most expensive item that can be found on the marketplace at Player Level 60 is Tier 11 “Opulent Wand”. So go for it and decide on the quantity you want to buy and..

.. and the Quality of the item. Remember that he buys only Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary quality items:

Now you will decide on how much you want to spend. King Reinhold always offers x5 of Base Value of the item, so in this case he will offer you to pay:

4.300.000(Base Value) x 5 = 21.500.000 Gold just for the item (without enchantments).

Now you have to offer just 1 gold more of the current highest price; in our case it’s:
8.000.010 + 1 = 8.000.011 Gold.

To avoid high commission cuts the Duration of the request should be set to 12 Hours (shortest duration):

Now you wanna do the same things for the enchantments:

Enchanting the item with both types of enchantments will increase its Base Value.

Once your requests are fulfilled and you enchant the item with both types of enchantments, put it on your shelves and wait for King Reinhold to come to your shop:

He will skip locked items and will offer x5 of Base Value of the unlocked item; 4.300.000 Gold x 5 = 23.000.000 Gold:

As I told you twice; King Reinhold buys only Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary quality items so don’t forget to Lock the items that you don’t want to sell.

Last but not least:

Q: When and how often King Reinhold comes to my shop?
A: I’m not pretty sure but if I’m not wrong he visits your shop once you fulfill every NPC’s requests/orders, which is roughly every 24 hours (minimum).
