Most timeconsuming achievent. Because you need to collect 99SP, which after unlocking all endings you can obtain only for complete run and winning in 2 match of volley (in run) - 10SP for one run... For winning in free match in menu you can't get SP. But to unlock achievement you can use free match. Just choose last option.

An easy way to get bad ending is to pick Rika when talking to God at the beginning, and then when she's topless after the race tell her you don't like what you see

About 99SP: if you have other 3 Oppaidius games (Summer Trouble, Tropical Cruise, Super J short story) ending (any ending) save files on your PC, each one of them gives you extra 5SP, so it is possibly extra 15SP for free.
