For the candle challenge just count the number of each type: 1 stripe, 2 stripe, 3 stripe. You don't need to add the stripes up.

Timecode for one Level 29 postcard piece is wrong. Should be 3:52, I think.

Solution: Sigh, the missing candle on one of the 3 candle sticks needed to be guessed at, and it seems to be a 2-stripe candle for the counts to make sense.

Level 29 HALLOWEEN,
have you been able to figure out the puzzle with the stripes on the candles, I mean explain it? As I understand it you need to count the number of 1, 2, and 3 strip candles: 1x3, 2x1, and 3x4 and place them in the order 3-1-2 (top to bottom) that would be 4-3-1 but its 4-3-2?

IMO, there must be a hidden candle stick somewhere that only contains one candle with 2 stripes.
