Thanks to some help I've figured it out. If you bought the game shortly after release, you'll need to uninstall it and then reinstall it. The bug for the achievements will be fixed then.

I can't unlock Rin Appreciator or Kumi Enjoyer. I have all other achievements, and I've followed the guide exactly, still nothing.

I'm the type of perso who saves before any choice, so when trying to get Kumi Enjoyer i didn't bother to go back all the way to Save 1 and redo everything, i just loaded a few choices before the achievement. Which didn't get triggered because you HAVE to start over from Save 1 to choose all "bad" Rin choices in order to obtain the achievement !

Basically follow this guide to the letter and it will work lol
