General Information
As of game version 1.1.5

• There are 25 Traits in total
• No Trait is missable; all absorbable enemies respawn somewhere
• Most of the Traits have diminishing returns when ranking up
• There are more enemy types than 25, but not all of them can be absorbed to gain a Trait
• There's a total of round about 46 Hunt Points in the game (estimated)

This guide shows you which Traits are available in the game and from which enemies they can be absorbed, as well as the individual effects of each Trait Rank.
I keep spoilers low by not revealing enemy locations.
Bosses are not covered in this guide.

Reveals some breakable walls & floors.
No further rank-up

Mechanics: To not be confused by this Trait, it is important to know that there are 3 different types of secret walls / floors in the game:
1.) A simple black overlay that covers a passage or a part of the room. When coming close to it, that overlay simply disappears. Easy to spot.
2.) A white grey-ish cobblestone-looking wall / flooring, that is breakable with any weapon. Also easy to spot.
3.) An absolutely normal looking wall or floor, which apparently is breakable. This one is impossible to spot.
The Frantic Trait will ONLY reveal those secret walls / floors of type 3.
The visual cue when you are near such a secret wall or floor will be little moving rocks and dust coming out of the secret location.

Subscribing to know when this gets updated as well.

Hey, so the game has been through a MAJOR update, which you probably know, but could you maybe try updating this guide for Colors of Rot? Because not only are there new traits, the Piercer trait has been completely changed, so the guide is technically not even completely accurate anymore. I really would like to know the traits.

@Mol: Then it's probably a bug.
Mol Oct 3, 2021 @ 4:59pm
I completed the game and defeated all Bosses and Mini Bosses!

@Mol: Boss-traits (7) and Miniboss-traits (6) count as well towards the achievement.
Mol Oct 3, 2021 @ 4:43pm
Hey, I checked multiple times and found all Traits, do I need to upgrade all of them to get the achievement? Or is it enough to kill enough pray and my game is just buggy
Saint Lucifer  [author] Aug 16, 2021 @ 2:26pm
@RegisHead, @shling421: Thanks for the input. You were both right on the Spinesnake effect.
I just tested it ingame and the buff does provide a surprisingly huge force regena boost. Althought only for around 5 seconds. Could be more useful than I initially thought in tough boss fights.
shling421 Aug 16, 2021 @ 8:04am
Spinesnake Effect: Force Regen when continue-healing effect is on. No matter you attacking or dashing.
e.g. player could smash attack while healing is on without out of force.

I see thanks,
Unfortunately, hunt points only cover 17% of all upgrades :(
