A complete and thorough guide for getting all the endings in Cabin Fever with near minimum spoilers(alongside guides and tips for pretty much everything else in the game including achievements)

-No spoiler tips to put you on track for the best ending(recommended for those who haven't beaten the game)

Now for the very spoiler-light guide to tell you how to get all the endings

Section 1:The Actual Guide(Minimum Spoilers)

There are 9 endings in the game, and there are only 3 decisions that effect the ending before the final chapter begins(several more choices are presented during the final chapter)
Each decision that matters will be detailed and the results of what happens when you pick the worse choice will be explained
[the"right choice"will be listed to tell you the right choices to get the best ending]
{And finally the names of the endings you can get based on the worse choice will be listed at the end of each section behind spoiler squares}

1. STAY INSIDE & GO OUTSIDE(Chapter 2)
Staying inside get's you the earliest ending possible and is more of a joke ending
[going outside is the right choice]
(This choice really isn't something to stress over as it's the first choice in the game and you literally can not progress the game without picking the right choice, but it IS an ending and this IS an ending guide)

2. LEAVE IT WHERE IT IS & MOVE THE TRAP(Chapter 3)
If you do not move the bear trap you are restricted to one of two joke endings and none of the choices you make will matter for the rest of the game.
You can decide which one of the joke endings you get by choosing to continue through the woods or by heading for the road near the end of the game

3. ASK HER ABOUT HER HOPES FOR THE FUTURE & ASK HER ABOUT HER FAVORITE MEMORY(Chapter 5)
If you ask about her future you won't be able to know where to go at the end of the game which restricts you to two bad endings with the same ending CG
(If you did not move the bear trap, then you still are relegated to the joke endings)
[asking about her favorite memory is the right choice]

Here's a short guide for the two endings you can get if you ask about her future(these choices take place during the final chapter)
-If you don't read the spam and get to the hospital at any point(taking the road will also instantly take you to the hospital),
OR if you do read the spam and then accept treatment at any point,
you'll get the most accessible bad ending
{Instant Regret}

-If you don't read the spam, then go to the woods, and then avoid the hospital
OR read the spam and avoid accepting treatment,
you'll get a unique bad ending
{Head Over Heels}

(Regarding the "Instant Regret" ending, there is a bug at the moment where if you don't read the spam you won't be able to get the tied achievement. Note that only acquiring the achievement itself is affected and nothing gameplay or story related is affected, you can get the achievement by reading the spam and clicking the "Accept Treatment." Choice when you get to it. This bug has been tested on the Switch port)

Section 2:FINAL CHAPTER GUIDE(Chapter 8)

This section assumes you have picked the three right choices detailed in section 1 before reaching the final chapter
[GO OUTSIDE, MOVE THE TRAP, ASK HER ABOUT HER FAVORITE MEMORY]
Now for the Final Chapter guide

-DELETE THE SPAM & READ THE SPAM ANYWAY
If you do not read the spam you do not learn vital information and are again restricted to 2 endings, one of which being the worst ending
[reading the spam is the right choice]

Here's a short guide for these two endings

-If you continue through the trees and then go to the hospital/just heading for the highway, the game ends with the previously detailed most accessible bad ending
{Instant Regret}

-If you continue through the trees and then don't go to the hospital you are given the worst ending in the game
{How Shakespearean}

(The previously mentioned achievement bug still applies to Instant Regret)

-CONTINUE THROUGH THE TREES & HEAD FOR THE HIGHWAY
If you take the road the amount of endings you can get lessens, but it puts you heavily on track to getting the best ending
[there really isn't a "right choice" as both choices can still lead to the best ending, taking the highway makes it easier to get the best ending, but I would recommend continuing through the trees to keep your ending options open, and as a bonus it has a little optional scene the highway choice doesn't]
{This is a weirder choice, but if you go to the highway you can not get the
Your Heart Will Go On ending}
HEAD FOR THE PLANETARIUM & GO STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL
This option only appears if you went through the trees, if you take the highway it automatically treats it as if you chose to go to the hospital.
If you pick head to the planetarium, you get another unique bad ending simple as that

{Your Heart Will Go On}

-ACCEPT TREATMENT & INSIST ON GETTING HELP FOR MALLORY FIRST
If you accept the treatment you get the most accessible bad ending
[insisting on getting Mallory help is the right choice]
{Instant Regret}

-THE PHONE NUMBER
This is the last choice of the game, your choices are

the right choice is 555-8484-322 and gets you the best ending, picking either of the other choices results in a bad ending
{You Had One Job is the bad ending & The Stars Aligned is the good ending}

Better Safe Than Sorry...? (Never meet Mallory)
Cat Earth Theory (one of two joke endings if you don't move the trap)

Head Over Heels (an ending you can only get if you don't ask about Mallorys past)
Instant Regret (getting treatment alone)
Your Heart Will Go On (find Mallory without getting the phone)
How Shakespearean (the worst ending, find Mallory without knowing about the cure)

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS
If you get every ending in the game you should get nearly all the other achievements too
-The only intentionally optional one is "Glutton For Punishment" which is easy enough to get, just read the spam the 3 times the option appears ever(does not need to be in the same run of the game)
The Spam appears in Chapter 5, Chapter 6, and Chapter 8
-And as stated you can experience the "Instant Regret" ending without getting the tied achievement by not reading the spam at the end of the game and then going to the hospital(which if you want do so go ahead), this is definitely a bug and it will likely be patched out in the future, when it does the related parts of this guide regarding it will be deleted so consider yourself special for getting the ability to read them

DLC TIP
At the end of chapter 6, if you have the DLC and enable it, picking the "Show Her How You Feel." choice will start an exclusive scene

COMPLETING THE GALLERY
Similarly to the achievements most of the gallery will be unlocked by just playing the game and you should get every image in the base game if you get all the endings.

-5 images on PAGE 4 are locked behind the DLC and are optional if you never pick the,"Show Her How You Feel."option near the end of chapter 6 with it enabled and never experience the exclusive scene
-Note that these also aren't actually 5 full brand new images though, it's just 2 brand new images, one with 2 variants, and one with 3 variants, but all of them are singled out meaning they won't cycle in the gallery(just a tip for those who haven't bought the DLC)
-Owning the DLC also makes changes to 9 of the other gallery images(The changes range from minor to major and sometimes zoom out to show more of the scene)

~All images after the first image on PAGE 5 are unlocked based on what endings you have gotten, if you get all the endings you will have all the images on PAGE 5 & PAGE 6
~Head Over Heels, Instant Regret, and Your Heart Will Go On, all share the same ending CG, so you only need to get one of them to complete the gallery, but you'll still need all of them for the "Now That's Dedication" achievement
~Also the "Better Safe Than Sorry...?" ending has a unique standard CG and a unique ending CG, but neither actually appear/unlock anything in the gallery

~TL;DR JUST the required choices for each ending with the chapter they appear in(And an ending tree)

Following the listed choice will send you on the straightest path down the tree, choosing any alternate choices will alter your path and send you to the side

Any other choices you make do not matter, so feel free to pick whatever other choices you want to pick and have fun.

And I just noticed that you did mention it on this guide! By deleting the spam I won’t be able to get the achievement yet I can still see the ending, hopefully they do fix this bug(not sure if it is a bug either). Thanks for clearing it up for me though!
