Stat numbers above 40 also affect duration/effectiveness/damage/number of projectiles of Augments further as well.
There's lots of fun little things i haven't tried yet, like using a mini gun + the skill that empties your entire clip in 1 second, rocket/ grenade launchers in general
Your least used are weapon switching and aim. Do those last.
First should be health, tactical sense, and body battery. These will help you the most no matter what your path to full upgrades is.
Then evasion, balance and critical hit rate mixed in during those ones, but not as focal points.
If you make it to level 30 in this game (most don't due to the bugs and what not), then just pick what you have left and upgrade one at a time. This will get you to about level 35 (a good spot to start the DLC), and then you can decide if a "New Game +" is something you want to do.
extra crit, tac sense and reload is a must though, the other just use whatever you need
