What Is The 'Glass Bow Of The Stag Prince'?

The GBOTSP, is a weapon in Skyrim which can only be found at Ramshackle Trading Post on the island of Solstheim. The bow is found equipped on Falas Selvayn, and therefore cannot be purchased. The GBOTSP has a special enchantment where, once the wielder has slain 20 animals, the enchantment (The Blessing Of The Stag Prince) will increase health and stamina by 5 points each. Health and stamina will increase by 5 points after every 20 animals hunted, and maxs out at 80 slain animals and gives the player 25 points of health and stamina. The bow can also be improved at a grindstone with a refined malachite ingot, you can also improve this by having the 'Glass Smithing' perk.

How To Get The 'Glass Bow Of The Stag Prince'

In order to receive the GBOTSP, travel to the Ramshackle Trading Post in Solstheim between the hours of 12am and 5am. Once there, walk up to Falas Selvayn and crouch down behind him. Then place an iron dagger onto Falas, once this is completed, fast travel back to Skyrim. When in Skyrim find an inn or go to your home then sleep in your bed for 24 hours. When you finish, fast travel back to Solstheim, and wait until 12am then head to Falas and ask what he has for sale. From there you should be able to purchase the weapon, if he still has it equipped and you cannot purchase it, attack Falas and fast travel back to Skyrim after knocking him down. Now repeat the past few steps and you should be able to purchase the bow.

I realize now that you should just pickpocket it with Misdirection, though when I was trying to get it, I didn't have my Pickpocket skill that high, and this was just the easiest way for me to grab hold of the bow

To answer a question: The bow increases your stats only while it is equipped, not permanently
