Like the first comment says - the only way is to get 99 everything. Eventually, you will get a craving. It will last about 5 minutes or so... You load the game up and try to get that virtual level 120... With that being said, the next step to defeating your addiction is to simply try it one last time and say "wow, this really isn't worth it anymore". congratulations you have become addicted again... You'll be back.

I have been trying to quit runescape since the release of classic, and the only thing that finally worked but didnt actually work was giving my wealth away in game. now im still there, and broke.

You wanna quit!? It's super easy, just enter the following Key combination in the RuneScape Client:

ALT + F4

Then, the client will ask you if you want to quit, you just click [Yes].

And that's it! You have successfully quit RuneScape!

I have quit and done the impossible! It was simple once i realized 99 skills in everything is enough to give me enough strength to leave. Since then i found good supporting help from better looking and playing games that dont cost my blood and soul to play monthly.
