Go to this folder:

...\Steam\SteamApps\common\TimeShift\video\

and rename/delete the following files:

  • DELL.bik
  • saber_logo.bik
  • sierra_logo.bik
  • twimtbp.bik

a simple Verify Game Cache will redownload them
Downsampling
I was unable to get Anti-Alias to work on this game, not even forcing it via Inspector.
Therefore I opted for downsampling.

Refer to this easy guide[www.neogaf.com].
(link in the underlined text)

Once you've set your custom resolutions, choose the best one from the video option menu ingame.

My setting: 2880x1620
INI Tweaks
Once you set your video options ingame, find your user.ini file and edit it with notepad.

FOV = x
modifies your overall FOV
WPN_FOV = x
modifies the weapon model FOV (values higher than 57 cause clipping while zooming)

My whole settings (just for reference ~ don't copy-paste):

ENB
Download the ENB from the link in the description of this video.
(link in the underlined text)

and extract the files in

...\Steam\SteamApps\common\TimeShift\bin\
***see note***

Additionally you can edit the enbseries.ini file to your liking.
(knowledge of ENB is required for that)

Final Notes
After these simple tweaks, shadows still looked far from perfect with lots of flickering. I wonder if that could be fixed somehow. If you know anything to further improve the graphical quality or think anything in this guide needs to be fixed, don't hesitate to contact me: I'll edit in the addition/correction giving you credit ofc.

I also set 16 x Anisotropic Filter (AF) [Clamp ~ High Quality] and Vsync [Force On ~ Triple Buffering On] in Nvidia Inspector.

*** Be sure to extract the ENB files in the bin folder, not any subfolder. Check if the d3d9.dll, enbseries.ini, etc. files are inside the bin folder along TimeShift.Exe ***

I sincerely hope you found this guide somewhat useful.

Have an explosive time-shifting fun y'all

I agree, making bloom effect stronger + more dark areas doesn't really improve it. I prefer the old look it had the original one.

enb on looks a lot worse than off 🤔

The Down Sampling doesn't work. I got a resolution that tested well but then doesn't show up as a resolution option.

So ENB turns down the brightness?

Followed your guide and the game looks great. I wish there were more tweaks, especially gameplay wise. I would love iron sights when zooming, left and right leaning, stealth, etc...

Idk how to do all this and the game looks fine on my PC for my settings but, thanks for this if I ever decide to change them. Looks good. :B1:
