D1 will be useful for you. When used, it duplicates a random pickup item in the room. To open D1, you need to complete the Greedier Mode as Isaac.

First, you should create D1 to make life easier. It will help to increase the required resource, and to make D1 more efficient, create a Car Battery, and a Battery Pack to start duplicating batteries.

Then you can create your favorite set of items. Links to sites with recipes are listed below, and also a link to all items with a description, if you suddenly do not know what the listed artifacts do.

REMEMBER! Destroying an active item to get a new one spawns pickups based on the room you do it in, so do it in secret rooms for bone hearts and curse rooms for rotten hearts.

When you have rooms with pick up items, don't rush to take everything. They can be replaced by other, more useful items using D20.

If you are missing something specifically:
Cards - Booster pack;
Pills - Mom's coin purse;
Luky penny - Dads lost coin;
Nickel or Dime - Wooden Nickel.

You can also create an R key to reduce the complexity and avoid repeating the process of creating a favorite set of items.

Actually, this is the whole strategy. If you are worried that you will not be in time for Boss Rush and Blue Womb, you can use Mama Mega!

With this mode, everything is much easier. You just need to create 4 Steam Sale and then create a new set for the destruction of monsters and Ultra Greedier.

I love the combo NL used
Portable Slot -> Portable Slot in secret room -> Rock Bottom -> Red Stew -> Soy Milk
Just 5 crafts and the run is over!
Blew through the completion marks in 2 runs.

Dad's lost coin is good idea, but I am based on the fact that the player has not discovered much for other characters.

And Wooden Nikel need for one floor. Wooden Nikel need to spawn a nikel or dime. Deep pockets will spawn random coins in uncharted rooms. Usually the whole floor is clear and start duplicating, u know what u need.

Also, I'd recommend deep pockets over nickel. Wooden nickel is cheaper, but it's worse and takes up an active slot, which is usually occupied.
