Wei (Antimage) is struggling on the basics of how to farm and be efficient with their timings. PA is helping them learn flash farming, stacking, and opportunist moments to jump in and fight/gank.

In the next scene, you see WK, BH, Rubick, Sniper, Wei (a full party). Sniper gets grabbed by pudge and he's dead by the time Wei jumps in to finish pudge off. If you look closely you can see PA's Stifling Dagger in Sniper (If you don't get it at this point, she's on the enemy team) and Wei attacks her before even recognizing who it was.

She blurs out to avoid being seen by the rest of the team, and then ends the short with her challenging Wei 1-on-1, hence tossing back the blade and taking out her own weapon. Wei is conflicted clearly by the head shaken and jaw drop expression, and isn't mentally prepared for this.

nice facial animation.i thought AM will continue teaching fellow carry (sniper) but this is fine too

I didn't understand what happened. Nice animations though.
