Killer Specs and lore
Speed: 4.6 m/s

Terror radius: 32m

Height: Tall

Killer Weapon: Anomalous Appendages
Two lanky arms ending in vicious claws that can easily rip through their quarry.

Lore:
"She was on vacation with her husband and they were scoping out graveyards on the way, as you do, when she saw it. Rising out of the old cemetery, big as an old (macabre) telephone pole. Was this some kind of bizarre art piece the authorities hadn't gotten wise to yet? Even as she stepped out of the car, the megaphones on its "head" screeched to life. "NINE. EIGHTEEN. ONE. CHILD. SEVENTEEN. REMOVE. VILE.". A buzzing, doubled voice screamed random words at her. At this point, it jerked into motion, striding down the hill towards her."
~ The Tumblr caption for the original drawing of Siren Head.

Siren Head is said to be the static physical form of [an] unfathomable supernatural entity. They are originally 40 feet tall, can see without having any eyes, doesn't eat, despite having organic teeth, is rarely seen in areas with large populations, and is usually stationary but can move very quickly. It uses its telephone pole-like appearance to hunt humans.
~Trevor Henderson

After that Siren head got... uh.. lost.. in the forest.. or something? Maybe the entity just thought they were cool. Who knows. The entity yeeteth, and the entity yoinketh away.
Killer Power: Siren's Call
Veiled Apprehension
Your have a foggy understanding of the realm you find yourself in, mostly because you lack eyes.
Siren Head's vision depends on sound. The less sound there is, the less they are able to see. Siren Head can hear the slightest bit of noise over huge distances. This information comes in the form of directional indicators occurring whenever a loud action is performed. In addition, sprinting and doing other noisy things in proximity of the killer will temporarily lessen Siren Head's blurred, obscured sight.

Instinctive Reverberation
Every 60 seconds, you unleash a high-frequency wave across your terror radius. Any survivors hit by this wave emit Killer Instinct for a period of time.

Discombobulating Wail
You incessant blaring brings about chaos amongst those who hear it.
For every second that a survivor is in your terror radius, their progress towards insanity grows. The rate of survivors decent into madness scales with proximity. When a survivor reaches a certain threshold, their Madness Tier increases.

Madness comes in three Tiers, Madness I, II & III. Chevrons indicate the current Madness-tier to the affected Survivor. Madness Tiers are fixed, meaning that once it tiers-up, there is no way to bring it back down, with the exception of Madness III, which can be lowered back to Madness I by performing the Snap Out of It action.

Madness Points
Madness works by passively applying Madness Charges to the Survivors through Discombobulating Wail. Different effects occurs at each madness tier.

Madness I:
Slight chance to trigger Madness Skill Checks (33%).

Madness II:
Causes Survivors to experience distorted sound.
Moderate chance to trigger Madness Skill Checks (66%).

Madness III:
Causes Survivors to experience auditory hallucinations in the form of indistinct radio chatter.
Disables Survivors' ability to perform any Repairing, Healing, Sabotaging, Searching, or Cleansing interactions until they successfully Snap Out of It.
Tremendous chance to trigger Madness Skill Checks (100%) during Snap Out of It.
Succeeding Snap Out of It will return Survivors back to Madness I.

SPECIAL ATTACK: Ravenous Shriek
Your inhuman vocal apparatuses are capable of frighteningly powerful and disorienting sounds.
Whenever a survivor's madness increases a tier, gain a token.
Press and hold the Active Ability button to unleash Ravenous Shriek. This will consume a token and unleash an close range shock-wave which temporarily deafens survivors and impairs their vision.
"I didnt realize [it] would ****ing zubat-scream me!"
-Charles Dalgleish

SPECIAL ABILITY: Monstrous Materialization
Your form has been altered to better serve the entity, blending your static into the fog.
When your power bar is full, hold the Power button to cast forward a mark to teleport. This location will be highlighted by the entity's burn marks on the ground, and is visible to survivors. Press the Power button again to teleport to the mark from your current location as long as you are within a certain range. Marks decay after a period of time if unused, and can be cleansed by a bright light.
Power Trivia
DBD style of writing likes to be vague and not include number values for any of the killer powers. Therefore, as this guide does not support Mouse-over functionality, this section becomes necessary.

Veiled Apprehension
Siren Head's vision is blurred for the duration of the match.

Any time a survivor disturbs a crow, falls from a great height, cleanses a dull totem or opens a chest within the killers terror radius, a directional icon indicator will appear with the corresponding icon for each action.
By default, these indicators decay after 3 seconds.

Whenever a suvivor performs a loud action (rushed vaults, pallet drops, rushed locker entry/exit, unhook, failed skillcheck, hook sabotage, scream, other loud noise notification), Siren Head's vision blur decreases by 35%. The loud noise notification is shown as normal, and icon notifications like tinkerer, spies, or screams will not be affected by the blur.

Doing any of the above actions or sprinting, working on a generator, or healing withing close proximity of the killer will lessen Siren Head's vision blur by 50%.

Instinctive Reverberation

Instinctive Reverberation has a default interval of 60 seconds, and a default range of 32 meters.

Killer instinct on survivors lasts for 3 seconds.

Discombobulating Wail
Default madness gain scales directly proportionally with proximity from 0.1 point a second at 32 meters to 1 point a second at 0 meters by default.

A madness tier up requires 15 Madness Points.

Fake auras (see Cathode-Ray Tube add-on) last for 5 seconds.

Snap Out of It takes 12 seconds to perform.

SPECIAL ATTACK: Ravenous Shriek
It takes 2.5 seconds to charge Ravenous Shriek.
Ravenous Shriek has a cool down of 0.75 seconds.
Repeated uses of Ravenous Shriek will reset its duration after each shriek, not add to the total debuff duration.
Ravenous Shriek does not inflict Madness Points.

SPECIAL ABILITY: Monstrous Materialization
Charge startup requires holdiing the Active Ability button for 0.5 seconds.

The teleportation mark travels forwards at 6 m/s, up to 18 meters from your current position.

The mark can be teleported to while within a 20 meter radius.

While placing the mark, Siren Head has a movement speed of 95%.

Upon placing the mark, Siren Head goes though a 0.25 second cooldown.

Teleportation via Monstrous Materialization takes 0.75 seconds.

Monstrous Materialization's power bar has a cool down of 30 seconds.

The marks decay after 30 seconds.

Memento Mori Ideas
Memento Mori
Siren Head increases to canonical 40 meters tall, proceeds to pick up the mori victim and place them halfway into its maw before violently whipping them back and forth. Survivor is thrown into air with a backwards flick of the head(?) and devoured whole upon falling back down.

Similar to Demogorgon's, except you're getting throttled by your legs instead of by your head.
Not sure how this would work on an indoor map, which is also why Siren Head cannot stand at their canonical height all the time.

Alternate Memento Mori Trigger: Survivor is in Madness III

Alternate Memento Mori:
Survivor backs away from advancing Siren Head while on the ground. Growing static and radio chatter culminate until Siren Head strikes the mori victim once, before using Monstrous Materialization to sink into the ground and reappear behind them halfway up. Siren Head grabs mori victim with both appendages and drags them into the ground.

In my mind, I imagine the animation for Monstrous Materialization to be very similar to Reaper's (Overwatch) teleport, albeit much faster.
Both of these moris leave no corpse behind, which is something i'm not that fond of. If you have a better concept please share in the comments.

This sounds awesome. We could use more straight up monster killers, rather than just edgelord's who say "Society" and think that explains random murder.
